Misleading Website Sold Me Tickets That My Handicapped Mother Can't Use & Now I Can't Get A Refund
I purchased tickets from what I thought was the official venue for the concert I was interested in. I looked up the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre & clicked on what seemed a legitimate website. From that website, I found the concert I wanted to attend, selected purchase tickets, & how many tickets I wanted to purchase. I did not get to pick which seats I wanted & only got to pick the price range that I would pay.
After purchasing the tickets, I realized they put me in the middle of high up row that my handicapped mother cannot access & that I could have bought tickets through TicketMaster. Comparing my experience with Ticket Squeeze to shopping around on Live Nation, I paid more via Ticket Squeeze & I actually got a map of the venue & could have selected more accessible seats on Live Nation.
I requested a refund & they responded within a reasonable time to inform me they would not issue a refund & to submit a claim with the ticket insurance I purchased instead. They also offered me the option to resell the tickets. I told them I would dispute the charge with my bank, & then they offered me a 50% refund on the service charge, which is only $15 compared to the full $225 I paid. The insurance has also been another experience of jumping through hoops that I will have to handle sometime when I am off work.
If Ticket Squeeze would like to improve, they should stop operating under misleading websites, let people choose the seats they want with a fully operating seating chart, & have a more flexible policy assisting customers with ticket issues. If it weren't for my mother's disability, I wouldn't mind where my seats are. However, this will make the experience more difficult & less enjoyable for all of us.
Update: After sharing that I didn't want to resell my tickets & put someone in the same situation that I am in, Customer Support Rep Joseph S. then sent a really long email that over explained the policies & my situation to me. This customer service representative also thought it was useful to remind me that I clicked the purchase button & no one made me buy tickets. I found the email very unprofessional & rude. I would never by tickets from this company again & would not recommend it to anyone.

Went to use my purchased tickets at the venue, and was rejected. At the ticketing office, I was told the third party (Ticket Squeeze) had returned the tickets and that I had been scammed. Do NOT do business with this company!

Second-hand tickets can have a huge mark-up so shop around! Beware!
It is a rare and special occasion when my daughter and I get to enjoy a play or musical in San Francisco. I friend had gifted me a ticket she couldn't use, so I was in search of a second ticket (expecting to not be able to sit together, unfortunately). Because it has been over three years since we've had a special event together, and because apparently my internet search for Golden Gate Theatre tickets on their website instantly/erroneously guided me to TicketSqueeze instead of event tickets, I have horrible buyer's remorse!
My original purchase was early-December for a Sunday matinee in February. I recently received my single TicketSqueeze ticket for Mean Girls costing $230 inclusive of fees. I was horrified to see the original purchaser had paid only $80.50!! I've heard of $25 transactions fees, but $150 price variance is excessive and exploitive--especially to those who don't have the money to partake often. I'm also curious who gets to keep this $150 profit margin AT MY EXPENSE!!??
To add salt to the wound, I just checked the TicketSqueeze website tonight (one week before the show). For the same section and same row, the price is now $143. So not only was I duped into over-paying for my daughter's ticket by purchasing two months in advance, but this whole experience has turned my stomach. Is it my naivete or are people just out to scam/hurt others more post-pandemic? Regardless of the answer to this hypothetical question, I will NEVER use TicketSqueeze again, and I recommend thoroughly shopping around as "prices vary dramatically," and you don't want to have buyer's remorse for anything--especially special occasion outings.

This company creates websites posing as the official websites for theaters so that you think you're buying from the venue, but really you're buying overpriced resale tickets. Once you figure this out, your only option is to perpetuate the cycle of dishonesty by reselling your tickets on their site. Totally shady and not cool.
My experience: I wanted to get tickets for a show at the Orpheum theater in San Francisco. Upon Googling one of the first results (if not the first) was orpheumtheatersanfrancisco.org. Looks like the official website for the theater, right? I bought 2 tickets for ~$350. I only became suspicious when I realized that I had no actual seat assignment, just a section and row. Upon further investigation I realized I'd gone to Ticket Squeeze's fraudulent (IMO) website and paid way too much without even getting a seat assignment. I was able to get BETTER tickets for $225 through the actual venue's website (broadwaysf.com). I've contacted Ticket Sqeeze for a refund, which of course they are denying, and only giving me the option to resell my tickets through them. I don't want to rip someone else off, so I'm pursuing a claim with my CC company.
UPDATE: Adding a start because they agreed to give me a refund, which I appreciate.

Read this before buying from Ticket Squeeze
I never post reviews on anything on the internet but this experience inspired me to do so in hopes that others will not make the same mistake I did.
If you are reading this before buying tickets from Ticket Squeeze, here are a few things to consider:
—Go check Ticketmaster first. It only takes a few seconds. You are most likely paying more for tickets. You're probably saying, "Paying more than Ticketmaster?!?! No way." It's worth checking. That's all I am saying.
—Some of the people reselling tickets are probably people like me who thought they were buying tickets from Ticketmaster and now just trying to get rid of them because they realized Ticketmaster is a lot cheaper. I stupidly paid double for tickets.
—When you buy tickets, you will be told that you will get your tickets on a specific date a few days before. This is NOT a promise or guarantee. How do I know? Their customer service people told me. I was told my tickets would be delivered on a specific date and as I type this I am still waiting.
—Your tickets are non-refundable. Right when you press buy. Once they have your money, they have no intention on refunding it. Even when you realized you made a mistake.
People make mistakes. I did. And it's a costly lesson I will never make again.
UPDATE: After posting this, Ticket Squeeze reached out to find out more information about my experience. I find this quite disturbing that it's the day of the event, I am STILL waiting for my tickets to arrive in my email and yet Ticket Squeeze is more concerned about their image instead of delivering what I paid for.
FINAL UPDATE: Hours before the event, I finally received my tickets. I am sure there are others out there like me who get pretty anxious when something doesn't arrive when it is supposed to. It can ruin your whole day. Maybe a few days. I almost bought another pair of tickets because I was worried my tickets would never arrive.
If Ticket Squeeze expects us to accept that ticket sales are "non-refundable" because that's the agreement we accept when we buy the tickets, then they should be held accountable when tickets don't arrive on the date they specifically said they would.

Overpriced Scams -Terrible business. Listed tickets as refundable, only to find out after ordering overpriced tickets they are not. A medical issue prevented us from going. Also purchased insurance, which also seems sketchy - no response in two months.
If they are non-refundable they should change the way you word the insurance option. It is misleading.

I thought I was purchasing from the venue directly but only found out after purchasing from ticketsqueeze that it was a faux website that was very very similar to the actual venue website. Scraped the event calendar and everything.
I highly suspect that ticketsqueeze would be directly involved in the misleading website that directs to their market place. They are the only ones that benefit from such a site.

Ticket Squeeze is a scam!
It's been 3 years since I had a bad experience with Ticket Squeeze and this is the 3rd time they've tried to remove my review (now for “defamation”). In my opinion, Ticket Squeeze should not be used for large purchases and I would not personally trust them at all.
1) 3 years ago, I went to George Ampitheatre .com. For tickets, the site forwarded me to Ticket Squeeze and I bought from them because I believed they were affiliated with the Gorge (I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed). Costly typo.
2) After I purchased from Ticket Squeeze, I remember seeing tickets on Ticketmaster and Live Nation that led me to believe I had OVERPAID. I can't go back and screenshot listings from 2+ years ago and ultimately, it was my fault for not looking elsewhere.
3) So I hoped to break even and resell my tickets. Ticket Squeeze said my tickets would be ready “before the event,” but never said when. This was a red flag. Because (surprisingly) you cannot resell tickets on Ticket Squeeze. You have to go to their affiliate, Tickets to Cash (not shady at all). So I took the time to do that.
4) My listing on Tickets to Cash was then REMOVED. Why? Because Tickets to Cash would only sell my tickets if they had a physical copy of the tickets. That's reasonable. The problem? Their affiliate Ticket Squeeze did not send me the physical tickets until TWO DAYS before the event.
5) So I believe I was, at least in part, unable to sell the tickets that I overpaid for at Ticket Squeeze ($215 each) because of Ticket Squeeze and its affiliates. Their customer service offered me a 10% off my next purchase at Ticket Squeeze and stated they don’t set their prices.
It is my belief that I lost money doing business with Ticket Squeeze. If you are investing hundreds of $ in concert tickets, be prepared to be unable to sell those tickets until potentially right before the event if you buy from this site.

Just NO. Do not use this company. They added on like $40 bucks on top of Ticketmaster prices for a concert I just bought for the Waikiki Shell. Unfortunately I thought I was buying tickets from the shell site. I searched for Waikiki Shell Tickets and waikikiamp.com came up and it looked official. Bought tickets and then the day of the show the tickets get transferred from Ticketmaster. Do not use waikikiamp.com or Ticket Squeeze..... I don't love Ticketmaster but why pay $40 more on top of the prices. This is a total scam.
And this reply…the moral of the story is don’t trust waikikiamp.com or get squeezed by ticketsqueeze. Shop around is right.

I wish I could give zero stars
I wish I could give zero stars. Purchased two tickets for a broadway show on tour. They never sent the tickets yet my order online conveniently shows "tickets downloaded". What an absolute lie. Or maybe they were emailed to someone else, but the tickets were never emailed to me. I'm contesting the charges with my bank now. Will never ever purchase from this scam site again. Do not trust this fraudulent company.

Absolutely Atrocious Experience- Scam?
I purchased 2 tickets on July 27, 2021 for a concert taking place August 28, 2021. The delivery method was "eTicket". The morning of the concert I noticed that I still had not received them. After emailing and calling customer service throughout the day on 8/28 with no response and waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, I decided to give up and purchase additional tickets 5 minutes before the concert started.
The morning after the concert, 8/29, I noticed that I had finally received the original tickets 30 minutes AFTER the concert had already started.
The company website clearly states "Guaranteed authentic tickets that arrive before your event."
My case is quite clear and everything is documented.
I received the tickets via email well after the beginning of the concert. It is indisputable.
However, after nearly a month of calling and emailing I still do not have a refund. Emails are not answered. I wait on hold for customer service for 30-45 minutes before giving up. It's laughable to see responses from the company on this site asking negative reviewers to simply contact costumer service. The department doesn't appear to exist.
For flawless transactions perhaps Ticket Squeeze works for some. However, if there are any issues whatsoever you will either be left without tickets or will be forced to purchase a second set with little likelihood of receiving a refund.
This was (and continues to be) a terrible experience.

BEWARE! Note consistencies in the negative comments.
Ordered tickets back in May for a concert on Sept. 18th. The confirmatory email stated the tickets would be delivered by Sept 16th so I wasn't really looking for them until a day before the show. I did not see any subsequent emails from them so I went to the original confirmatory email that included a "Track My Tickets" tab. I was surprised to see that the tickets apparently had been delivered on June 10th. Delivered where????
After investigation I realized that I should've received an email on June 10th from the actual ticket seller which was Ticketmaster. I never received that email so I contacted customer service at TicketSqueeze (via email). I received a generic email with some troubleshooting instructions. It stated if you did not receive the delivery email, that you should call customer service. I called and went through the entire menu which took me to a choice that I thought would solve the problem... to have the delivery email resent (or something to that effect).
The next morning (day of the concert) I checked my email only to see they had sent me the exact same email. This time I called and selected to be connected to an actual person. No such choice actually, you have to leave a voicemail.
A few hours later, I was contacted by a customer service rep. Initially she treated me like a five year old walking me through the steps of how to check your spam and trash which I had already done. After about 45 minutes of mundane searches she walked me through such as "Ticketmaster", "I am sending you tickets", "Row 5", "Section x", "Seat x", etc., she finally conceded I had not received this email. She stated that she would cancel the tickets and then have them resent. She thanked me for my patience and assured me that she was going to keep an eye on this throughout the day to make sure I got the tickets and if the transfer didn't go through, she would be calling me back.
Over the course of the day I continued to check but... nothing. And obviously she did not follow through on her promise to monitor the situation because I never received a follow up call.
The venue is over an hour away and the concert started at 6:30pm so by about 5, the realization set in that we were not going to be attending this concert. After a full day of frustration dealing with these people trying to get my tickets, I now knew the battle for a refund would not fare any better.
At 6:19pm (the night of the show) I received an email from Ticketmaster finally sending me the tickets. ARE YOU KIDDING? TEN MINUTES BEFORE THE SHOW????!!!!! We had given up at this point and would be lucky to make it for the second half of the show.
I promptly emailed TicketSqueeze requesting a refund for the tickets. I had paid $400 for these tickets and did not receive them. (I don't count receiving them less than 10 minutes before the show reasonable.)
I finally got a response from customer service today (about five days later) stating that they will not issue a refund and that I agreed to the terms and service agreements, etc. at purchase. Apparently somewhere buried in the fine print it must state that even if you pay several hundred dollars for tickets, they are under no obligation to deliver them to you in a timely way.
Do not use this company! You are rolling the dice. If it goes well, great but if there is an issue, you will be screwed.
Addendum: In reply to their response referring to the "last minute nature of the request". Why did your original confirmation email state the tickets would be delivered by Sept 16th if they were going to be delivered much sooner?! Had I known that, I would've looked for them sooner. You seem to forget the whole point here... I NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAIL THEY WERE READY FOR DELIVERY. I didn't even start looking for them until then-- hence the last minute nature of the request. And now you admit that the seller resent them as the show was starting and still won't refund my money.

My wife and I ordered two tickets for a concert happening in August. Never received an email for the tickets to be transferred. I reached out numerous times in the days leading up to the concert.
No tickets, so we weren't able to go to the show.
The next day, received an email saying we didn't use our tickets. Assuming we will also not be able to get our money back.
Lesson learned - Stay away from this company!

Terrible service
Terrible service. My wife and I ordered two tickets for a concert happening this weekend (Labor Day) way back at the beginning of July. Today (Thursday) we received an email that these tickets were finally shipped. We have been waiting on them for weeks and have been unable to reach anyone from the company. We will leave on vacation tomorrow. We expected this concert would be the central part of our long weekend, but instead it appears that we will not be able to attend. I’m assuming we will also not be able to get our $200 back, but I’ll keep you all posted.

This has been the worst ticketing…
This has been the worst ticketing experience I have ever had.
The website I used was orpheumtheatersanfrancisco.org and I truly thought that I was buying from the vendor. Well, they do say in small print that they are not the vendor but to me it seems as though they are really trying to make people think that considering the website address. Many of the ticketing companies do the same thing. When I realized this I immediately called to get my money back and was on hold for a total of about 2 and half hours, 3 phone calls worth and never got anyone. I filed a dispute with PayPal and they sided with Tickesqueeze because I had not actually been wronged yet. Come to find out the tickets I purchased for a theater event have an obstructed view and I was not informed. There is no way I would have paid as much as I did if I had known that. They say the sellers are vetted but to me that is unacceptable. The vendor price shows like $38 and I do not want to even say how much I paid.
Cheaper, faster and always on point - highly recommend
I've purchased multiple events from these guys and absolutely love them. The tickets they offer always come to be cheaper than any of the other places I check, and they all resellers pass a verification process for themselves and the tickets so I never worry my ticket is in any way not authentic. It's super quick and easy, I don't have to queue for ages, and the staff is super responsive, I've messaged with questions and received a super speedy response. Super happy with the team, I have two more events lined up for this year that I'll purchase from them, can't wait! :)
