I’ve been working for Tinies West Midlands for over 10 years! During this time I’ve always been able to find work via them, Lisa and Louise are amazing, always available to answer any queries I may have had.
Would definitely recommend them, if you’re looking for temporary or permanent jobs working with children. 😁

Excellent service
Tinies looked after my daughter during a conference and it was the first time I left her alone and all 4 staff were lovely and I had full trust in them. Loads of toys and entertainment that all looked clean and relatively new. Lots of attention to detail - even the plugs had guards on them in the room. My daughter was smiling from ear to ear when i picked her up. Thank you!

We have been working with Tinies since the end of last year who have been supplying us with Temp staff for our Nursery.
Hara is our consultant and I have no bad words for her. She is prompt with supplying us cover and always ensures that we get our regular temps in which provides consistency for our children at the Nursery.
Her communication is fab and they're the only agency we use now as we trust that they're providing us with team who have been fully vetted and trained to ensure they're suitable for the role.

Brilliant Agency Especially Maisy!

I can’t fault this agency at all. I signed up after leaving a job I hated and Maisy was able to sign me up to Agency work asap and within a week I was already doing temp work in nursery settings! Very straightforward and a easy process.

Maisy has just recently worked closely with me to find a long term position. She has set up interviews and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I am now about to start my full time role which.

Tinies are an absolutely fantastic company to work for. Since joining I have had regular contact and updates from the managers, they have found work for me that suits my schedule and have been very understanding and supportive through any illness that I have had. I joined Tinies North West as a qualified child carer almost 4 years ago. Lou provides a very professional, friendly and supportive service. Nursery shifts and short term nanny roles are advertised via WhatsApp and email. Unlike some agencies, there has never been any pressure to commit to more shifts than I'd prefer to. The hourly pay rate is excellent and once eligible, you also receive holiday pay and a pension. Lou responds quickly to messages and makes me feel that I’m a valued part of the team. I highly recommend joining Tinies North West.

I started working at Tinies North West in May 2023 after leaving a nursery chain where I had worked in Management for 20 years. Georgina really valued my skill set and after originally offering me work in the office and on the supply team she then gave me the role of Regional Manager shortly after. We had a great experience with Tinies; we needed a baby sitter for out 5 month old over the dates of our wedding - Friday night until Sunday morning. We were matched with Tabitha who was wonderful. She put us (and most importantly - our baby!) at ease instantly and was very easy-going and professional. I applied with Tinies as my passion was always Early Years although my key findings was special needs due to family circumstances. My first shift was The WonderWorks and I enjoyed engaging with children at their level, being small again, interaction through play and end of day. The staff at The WonderWorks gave me great feedback and even invited me to sign up for their afterschool club.
I was working through an agency at a school however was told no job was available. So I was determined to apply and not get put off when I realised Tinies had jobs on their portal.

I found out about Tinies by accident. After 3 years of staying home with my children, I was very anxious to start work. While I was looking for a job, I discovered they were recruiting at one of the job centres in Hemel Hempstead.
I shared my details and CV and our journey to finding something suitable for me, but also for my family started. Catherine kept me updated at every step. She took into consideration all of my requests and made sure she found the right workplace according to my qualifications. It wasn't long until she found the perfect position for me! I started work immediately, with no stress. They took care of all the checks, references, Dbs. Catherine even checked on me after a few days and again after 2 weeks to make sure we made the best choice! We did! I couldn't be more grateful for the help I have received! Thank you, Tinies! I have only recently joined Tinies but have found it an excellent company to work for. The communication from Georgia is brilliant and I feel that I’m genuinely appreciated and looked after. I have been given the opportunity to work as little or as much as I want. I’m currently working more hours than I used to as my assignments so far have been so welcoming. I value having flexibility in my work life as I have a young child myself.

I joined Tinies BBH in October and I have found the personal experience amazing. The team has been professional, very supportive and the WhatsApp group is excellent to advertise shifts to all. Emma and the team have been amazing I have had work the whole time I’ve been with them. They have been understanding when I have been booked and had to decline work due to personal reasons.
