I contacted UK Solar Experts after talking to several other companies. I had a video call with a really nice person called Mathew, and between us we decided on what installation was best for my requirements.
I could not beleive that they could complete the install within a week. The following day's I was kept informed by Bethany and Dylan on what was happening. This was done by both emails and phone calls. I was contacted by the scaffolding company giving me a time they would erect the scaffold. Drew was fantastic and within an hour it was up. Drew was very prompt in returning to take the scaffold down when the work was completed.
Richard, Oliver and Brad did the install. Nothing was rushed, care was taken and a very tidy job was the result. Both teams were very polite and gave a full introduction on arrival with hand shakes. The cost for the install was very competative but for me it was getting the right system before cost and thats exactly what happend. I have never had a service of such an high standard from any other company my whole life. I am writing this review still thinking I am not doing UK Solar Experts Justice. Really this was to good to be true, but true it was. Thankyou all for an amazing job and making the the whole experience delightfull. Fantastic customer focused company, you made me and my wife feel special.

From start to finish was great, Very pleased with the service from Bethany and Dylan in the office from start to finnish, the Givenergy 10kwh Battery and 5kwh Inverta was fitted professionally by the technician and he was very helpful answering my questions . The system is now up and running and looks great.

We have solar panels and a car charger, I had a problem with the car charger going off line, Guy came to get it back online, very good services from these guys always happy to help.

From start to finish a first class service, no pushy salesmen no pressure to buy . All fitted in one day and everything tidied up when finished by people who obviously knew what they were doing. We would recommend them to anyone.

An excellent product at a very reasonable price. I chose to have battery storage which was a good call as I'm now receiving money from supplying the grid. The fitters did a very professional installation in what was horrendous weather conditions.
I would have no hesitation in recommending UK solar Experts, in fact I've already done so.

Unpleasant company.

From the initial contact, I spoke to their team to setup a call and they were just pushy from the outset. Outdated sales tactics telling me they were back to back with new appointments so I need to schedule as soon as possible.
Then they were trying to get me to include my partner in the call so we could make a decision immediately. I said she wouldn't be able to join and he made a stupid comment about "Ah so you are the decision maker then and your wife will do what you tell her".... No, fool, we are a team and we make decisions together.

Anyway, when I made the call, they were 10 minutes late and had booked for a Mr and Mrs Bhatia. Not me. They had another person with yet a different name trying to join the meeting.

The guy got snotty because I didn't want to put my camera on for the meeting.

He then proceeded to tell me that they don't sell cheap Chinese rubbish.

I work for a Chinese company, I speak Chinese, I have been to China, my friends are Chinese.

I also work in the renewable industry, I have visited the factories and warehouses in China where they make the equipment, I have installed hundreds of megawatts of Chinese equipment into the UK network.

The rep then proceeded to cut me off from the meeting. I tried to rejoin and they didn't let me back in...

So, I think you guys need to think about how you speak to people. Old school hard sell tactics are not welcome these days. Try building trust, being friendly, not putting other people down to try and make yourselves look good.

What can I say, I would love to say my instal was a smooth affair. However we did have some issues with shortages of kit needed and our fitters Ben and his mate Frankie were brilliant...It did mean our installation was only partial and after a call or 3 with Dylan he was really fair and we did receive a healthy financial reduction. He ordered, and had all the missing kit delivered a few days later so we were ready to go. The lads arrived and honestly I've seen some graft in my time but these two were like machines...the system was up and running by the time they left...We are so happy with the work and how things were delt with I can highly recommend UK Solar Experts...Then there is a designated help line and 10 years worth of support which I'm sure others don't supply. Bethany was great and has made us aware of the next steps regarding certification so we can go on to sell off our excess energy...seems to be a timely exercise but in no way the fault of UKSE...Just a way of energy companies and government to get as much free energy out of us as possible. So in a nutshell if you want Solar with support help and advice this is the company for you...and no more pesky bills...Thank you guys...it's just a shame I can't put a picture on here of our inverter,batteries and panels..so so neat and tidy....

Install went straight forward, system does what it says on the tin.

Saving £150 a month on electric and now set up to start selling back to the grid.

Which id have done this sooner.

From the first meeting to the final day of installation, Solar UK were professional and helpful along the way. There were a few hiccups with the scaffolding but nothing major. All the staff we dealt with were excellent, a big shout out to Olivia and Bethany, who were on the end of the phone when needed. Straight through to speak to a person every time, no automated pressing of buttons etc. The electrician (Brad?) was very helpful with the givEnergy app. Tidy and polite workmanship all through. The certificates came through quicker than expected and the change over to Octopus was easy. New hobby watching the battery charge up on the app!!

Uk solar team were very professional and helpful , from start to finish . Bethany and Dilon explained evey step off our solar journey . And eny inquiries sorted straight away . Installation team were very professional . I would highly recommend using uk solar .

From the beginning talking to the Sales team their knowledge and experience shined through, being able to advise on the system without visiting the property. Bethany and Dylan assisted during my installation and afterwards, there knowledge of the system and ability to explain everything I didn't grasp was second to none. The system that was fitted has not only met my expectations but exceeded them, I would recommend the company to anyone and I shall be adding further panels to my system

From initial enquiry to installation was little over a week. They were very flexlible and quality of information was really good. Dylan provided the overview of what would happen before handing over to Bethany. Bethany was my contact and she is very diligent. As I was working at the time Bethany worked around my availability to maintain contact, answer questions and provide information.

Bethany and Dylan were very helpful throughout and we are extremely pleased with the product. We were saving as soon as the job was finished. All done in 2 days. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this company. The whole experience was plain sailing. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. And their product quality exceeded my expectations . Paul was very experienced and understanding when I asked so many questions, and Bethany was a pleasure to talk with while sorting out all my paper work. The whole team went the extra mile .

The administration staff, Dylan and Bethany made the whole process simple and timely and were both very helpful. When it came to fitting the EV home charger, our fitter was running behind due to an earlier job, but he kept us informed during the day that he would be a little late. The actual fitting was done very neatly and we are very happy with the product and overall service given and would highly recommend UK Solar Experts.

All good ,installation was about a week after quote visit !I did have a confusing start with using the app which was quickly explained to myself the panels and battery are working just as promised .we did have an issue with the battery but this was replaced almost immediately when it came to light .I would certainly recommend the company and installers to anyone
