A lovely well mannered young man explained everything perfectly answered all my questions very efficient had to come back two days later because it was making a noise found the cause straight away knew exactly what he was doing a credit to your company

I have to be honest I am very disappointed with this company.My wife's Through Floor lift was installed on the 11.07.18. During the time from then to 16.04.25 the lift has had 2 major repairs it was never explained why the repairs were needed, as I asked wether it was a design fault or an installation error.
The lift was bought and installed with the help of a grant and came with a 5 year warranty, so I was not financially effected. After the 5 year I purchased a service plan for each year . One of the years that I paid for they did not even turn up to service , although when I pointed this out I did receive the following year free, but surley that is not the point.
During the last service a problem was identified and the engineer assured me that he would report the fault and a repair would be booked , but I would have to pay which is fair enough.
An appointment was made and the engineer turned up to what I thought was to repair , but he informed me he was just assesing the repair etc and a follow up visit would be booked then to add insult to injury I was charged £80 for the call out , even though the service engineer had already identified it.
Fair enough the repair was fixed to which I paid the 2 separate bills
Sadly my wife has now passed so when I rang to pay the invoice. I informed the person on the phone and he didn't even acknowledge what I had said but was only interested in me paying the invoice, very cold and inconsiderate I thought.
I then asked if the could give me a quote to removing the lift , I was informed because the lift was 7 years old they weren't interested. I then asked if they could just price to remove the lift and I would be responsible for getting a contractor to make good the floor and ceiling, again they were not interested , I then asked if they could recommend a contractor they said they wouldn't or couldn't.
Very disappointed infact disgusted in the after care of this company and would definitely not recommend it.

Dominic and Jordan were very professional and friendly and very well mannered I would recommend them for other people and the lift is top class thanks a lot.

Everyone was very helpful from start to finish.

A very nice young man called Chris came to fit our stairs lift. He was here 3hours and all the way through he kept us informed on what he was doing . When he had completed the installation he made sure we were completely happy about the operation of the chair. He made sure he left the stairs as clean and tidy as when he arrived and his politeness was never in question. Thank You Chris.

From our representative Jacks visit to measure up and explain the different stairlifts available, to Dave and Chris installing the stair lift and giving us instructions how to use it we had great service. We had to delay our installation date as Mum had an extended hospital stay but that was no problem for the team at TK Home solutions. A professional service that I would certainly recommend.

4 different companies said it could not be done. Our bedroom is a dormer in a bungalow. The stairs are narrower than normal with bends top and bottom. We had to sleep down stairs in small guest room .
Now we have an amazing stair lift and are back enjoying our beautiful big bedroom. I cannot thank Jack who said it was possible enough and the company who made this ,so kind polite and helpful any one can come here and check it out . Thanks also go to my brother Paul his friend recommended this company ,

Clear explanation from sales rep and prompt replies to our follow-up questions by e-mail. Subsequently not pestered by further calls pending our decision between the three systems we considered. Very competitive price - over £1000 cheaper than one quote we received. Once we chose TK, the installation was soon arranged. The installing engineer explained the operation very clearly and left no mess. Communication was excellent throughout, including changing the colour of the rail supports at our request (charged for) from spray paint we supplied. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

From the first enquiry to the installation of the stairlift, everything was done very properly. Of course, that is what should happen anyway but doesn't always. Anyway, very pleased with things so far.

Almost really pleased with the experience. The removal of the old lift and the installation of the new one went without a hitch. Installed in less than a day and the engineer Alan was brilliant.

However there is a problem with the bottom section of the rail. At first it was thought to be the rack so bottom section was replaced. But this did not solve the problem of the bumping on ascent and descent. To be expected over the join but not away from the join on the bottom Section. So a new section of trackway has had to be ordered from the factory.

When I have purchased a brand new stair lift I did not expect this to be a problem. This has soured my otherwise good experience of purchase and installation. I have been promised that the new section will be replaced on the 23rd of April and I sincerely hope that this solves the problems with the lift.

I am totally reliant on the lift to get up and down the stairs and any period of loss of function however temporary is not what I was expecting.

The installation went smoothly with no hitches. Just one little niggle. It makes a lot of noise unfolding at the bottom.

Had new stairlift installed yesterday Conner did a great job even thought it ended up being a very difficult install thankyou

Haben 2002 bei Thyssen Group Treppenlift über 2 Etagen für 22000,00 Euro gekauft. Dieser war jetzt 14 Jahre nicht im Betrieb. Will den jetzt wieder in Betrieb nehmen, aber von dieser Firma TK HOME SOLUTIONS meldet sich keiner.

Ich habe den Eindruck, daß die nur neue Lifts verkaufen wollen.

In Warteschleife mehrmals über 30 Minuten gewartet.

Sehr schlechter Kundendienst, wenn man jemand am Telefon hat wird einfach Bandansage gestartet, dass man Bewerten soll.

Dies mache ich hier, und diese fällt nicht gut für das Unternehmen aus.

Diese Firma ist an einer Inbetriebnahme nicht interessiert, da verdienen diese ja keine 22000,00 Euro.

Mal sehen ob sich jetzt jemand meldet.

Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt kann ich keine Gute Bewertung abgeben, aber eventuell, wenn sich jemand meldet und der Treppenlift in Betrieb genommen wird
