To Tuscany Avaliações 

Booked a villa in Tuscany last year, I had used the company on a previous trip and they were very good. Covid hits and we rearranged our trip to May 2021. Unfortunately the U.K. will not allow foreign travel at the time of our trip and it would be illegal for us to travel abroad. The company will not issue a refund as ‘they are not a tour operator’ and ‘the Italian boarders are open to travel’. So we have the option of a ‘voucher’ to use in 2021 or rebook for next year.
I this has been ongoing for 2 years now and we cannot travel. We just want our money back. We have done nothing wrong and took their initial offer of postponing a year (and paying extra in a deposit) in good faith, money we will now likely loose.
Watch your step, they don’t comply with the U.K. rules.
We will be taking further steps to complain.

Following my initial review and following my complaints ToTuscany have now agreed to refund my deposit. This has restored my faith in this company, whom i have enjoyed booking with in the past. Rather frustrated it took an afternoon to complain, but in the end they value customer feedback and experience. Thank you ToTuscany.

Excellent villa, great views and location to Radda town within easy walking distance. Excellent location to visit historical locations, several restaurants to choose from plus lovely ice cream. Wine tasting a must. To Tuscany we’re outstanding ensuring our holiday was outstanding

We hebben in totaal nu 3x dezelfde villa gehuurd. De derde keer was echt slecht, huisje niet schoon en een slechte ontvangst door de manager. Mijn review was mild, heb de echte kritiek alleen aan de huiseigenaar gemaild, via site van To-Toscane. Alleen lagere score gegeven voor schoon en hygiëne. Ik zie nu dat mijn review is verwijderd van de site. Jammer, nu snap ik waarom er alleen hoge beoordelingen staan. Echte kritiek plaatsen ze niet. Jammer, komt niet betrouwbaar over, wij boeken voortaan elders.

Excellent concierge service!! Valentina Petri's recommendations and her eagerness to help with great advises were priceless. She responded super quickly to all our questions and her suggestions were highly appreciated.

Valentina Petri has been so helpful to me in planning a multi family excursion to a Villa in Italy. She even researched the best way for us to get from Tuscany to my parents' hometown and back to Rome. She sent information on tours and parking lots in main cities. Whenever I asked a question I never worried about getting a quick response. She always responded by the next morning.

We are so excited for our trip! I would highly recommend To Tuscany and Valentina specifically.

I was very impressed with how helpful Valentina Petri was with regards to booking a dinner reservation at Le Contrade for my husbands 50th birthday party. We stayed at the lovely Villa Torretta, Barbischio and Le Contrade had issues with their phone line and internet connection. We live in NZ and I was having difficulties in contacting the restaurant in order to sort out confirmation of booking and menu preferences for our guests so that Andrea Oppo at Le Contrade could organise shopping for ingredients. Valentina was prompt and happy to be the go between so that it all turned out to be a great evening. Really can’t thank her enough.

Although we have not yet been on our holiday I would just like to mention how outstanding the company had been so far!
Right from the off, during the booking process Charlotte was amazing having given her the run around with dates and number of passengers and then Valentina the Concierge has been extremely helpful with answering all my questions on our visit to Tuscany.
She has recommended the chiefs experience-which we have booked and also a vineyard tour-which I am on with booking.
My husband is a keen cyclist and she also recommended where to get good quality road bikes from.
Many thanks to all for their continued help and suggestions and all I can say is I hope the holiday is as just as successful.

From the booking process to the outstanding and responsive concierge service (Valentina is amazing!) we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with To Tuscany.

Prima website voor het boeken van mooie vakantiewoningen in Toscane. De heldere informatie en goede maar ook voldoende foto's geven een duidelijk beeld van het verblijf. Het boekingsproces en het betalingsproces is helder, en daarna hebben wij keurig bevestiging en aanvullende informatie ontvangen. We zijn nog niet vertrokken maar we zijn nu al enthousiast.

We've yet to make a selection from the hundreds of villas on offer but the helpful staff are holding my hand each step of the way to ensure we can book a villa that meets our criteria. It looks like we're really spoiled for choice! The comprehensive breakdowns of all the villas' amenities and local services is very helpful.

So very disappointed with this company. We stayed in one of their pricier villas in Tuscany, but the reality did not match the promise and flowing praise on their website. After staying a month, hosting family members and friends, we were glad to bid farewell after enduring so many problems. Villa Sturchi was indeed in lovely countryside, but the lack of cleanliness, a rock hard master bed, insect infestation, intrusive daily visits from an overzealous gardener/overseer, and other annoyances, made for a somewhat uncomfortable and unsatisfying stay. The owner of To Tuscany vowed to look into the matter personally but ultimately seemed indifferent to the real problems we had raised, which was frustrating to say the least. Villa descriptions should be treated with extreme caution.

This company is great. Their selection of villas is fantastic. The booking was incredibly easy. Their prices are more than competitive too!

To Tuscany are always on hand to provide information over email and their response time is very quick indeed!

I used their newly launched concierge service to obtain high performance road bikes while we were in Italy. It was great. The bikes were delivered to us as requested. I was very impressed with the service and will be sure to use it again.

I would highly recommend To Tuscany to anyone looking to stay in Tuscany. We have used them twice now and will continue to use them in the future.

I used the concierge service at To Tuscany in relation to recommendations for wine-tasting. Valentina Petri was very helpful with suggestions.

I cannot say enough about the staff at To Tuscany. We leave on our vacation tomorrow and will be staying at a property I have stayed at previously. Easy to book and pay and answered all of my questions in a prompt, professional and friendly way. Valentina Petri, who is our concierge, was so pleasant to communicate with and made me feel like I was the most important client she had. Exceptional service, beautiful properties in many price ranges, easy to book and pay, what more could you ask for. If you want a vacation rental in Tuscany this is the company to work with. Very easy website to use and when I called them, to clarify a couple of questions we had, the lady on the phone knew the villa and the local area well and even recommended some local restaurants. The villa was perfect for us and we will definitely be using them again.

Have now booked a villa / appartment twice through to-tuscany. Both times the rentals were 100% as expected. The listings are very nice and of a high quality.
The information at their webpage is good and lots of relevant pictures.
In Tuscany we have been meet by friendly and service minded people.
Great service with one of the bookings as I had made mistake regarding the dates ! To-tuscany fixed this without any questions at all.
We will use To-Tuscany again next time we are planning a vacation in Tuscany.

Booking our vacation rental in Italy is so easy with to-tuscany. The site is very user friendly. It was clear about what was included with the rental. The website also listed things near by which was perfect especially because I have never been to Italy. Overall what a great experience. I highly recommend to-tuscany!!
