The voucher arrived after 2 days of…
The voucher arrived after 2 days of purchase, via dpd. I think the gift voucher could've been better presented. The credit card size arrived in a business white envelope with a compliment slip. Maybe in a more personable, paper card with a to and from message with a dedicated envelope.

Gave us great confidence - thanks Jean - you’re a star! We felt we got great information/advice on what would work best for us. Order arrived promptly & was in a bundle cheaper than anywhere else. I ordered to collect in walkinstown
I ordered to collect in walkinstown, item was to be collected in coolock, an error on the part of Tony kealys for which staff were apologetic. However I had to pay postage for it to be diverted to me as I needed the item in a hurry for a newborn baby. I think it would have been nice had the cost of postage been covered by Tony Kealys. Happy with product and it ended up arriving promptly.
