Got my replacement in 3 days much much quicker than ALDI

Trying to get a 9.99 drill repaired /replaced - still under warranty. After a week no reply to job ticket or phone (unanswered for 45 minutes). Aldi you need to look somewhere else these guys are not interested in customer service !!

And by the way Trustpilot , how can someone on here get an overall review score of 2.2 when they have 100% 1 star reviews ?!?!

Useless company Tool Help??? What kind of name is this for one of the most unhelpful businesses I have ever had the misfortune to deal with ??? Why do Aldi use them when they are clearly not interested ??

I am still in the process of continuing a claim with Aldi on a faulty pressure washer and all I keep getting is a load of flannel but in fairness to Aldi at least they do respond saying they have contacted ‘Tool Help ???’ on my behalf and to wait again and again.

Same as all the others, a tool battery from aldi failed, customer services informed tool help. Only 1 reply from them, then ignored all my emails & no one answers the phone. Over a month later & about 4 calls to Aldi C.S finally I got a reply to get a refund in store. Advice: keep contacting Aldi C.S who were very good, until you get a result. Not sure why tool help (bad name!) are still used by them. Very frustrating.

Utterly useless company. Like previous comment tried to upload information and just keeps showing an error message every time. Best advice is to either pay more for your appliance and get a decent manufacturer warranty or pay peanuts via Aldi and when it breaks just chuck it away. No idea who this company is but a total waste of space, time and effort. Just useless.

Tried to register a warranty claim on the website and it wouldn't accept one of the two pieces of evidence. Tried calling the helpLine...so far been waiting 1 hour and 28 minutes.....this is not very helpful and not sure how much longer I can wait!
I also tried taking the item to a shop and they couldn't process the item.

By way of an update.....I was cut off after one hour and forty minutes...I would not recommend this organisation to anyone and stop me buying machines from Aldi!

Their website is up the creak as I have registered previously but now it won't allow me to sign in or register as a new customer. Phone line is just continually on hold. No other way of making contact. So much for warranties!

terrible can,t contact them even after an hour on phone and there online site is as bad it do,s not work you try to put information in and just comes up with error I think the site is deliberately difficult to use

This company is supposed to handle warranty queries on Aldi electrical products. As of now, I have been on hold on its telephone helpline for 44 minutes 41 seconds. Appalling organisation
