I received a ticket with the wrong date (2 days later). Moreover I requested to put my passport number into the ticket as I needed it for my purposes, and they didnt react.

Of course, everybody can do mistakes, however for my outreach I never got any response.

Update:
I received a response now and they refunded me the ticket. Thank you for that.

Just a reservation not a real ticket
They provide just a non paid reservation and nothing else.
Some airport/airlines/countries may accept this. Mine didn't, so I had to buy to buy another ticket.
Also, most 5 star reviewers just did this review so they are most likely to be fake.

Save yourself some hustle and just buy a refundable ticket with some airline and refund it within 24 hours.
There are websites that list those airlines and you can check for destinations and possible airlines/dates on Google flights.
Much easier and cheaper. And you also get a real ticket that they won't refuse.

This is a great company with understanding people. While traveling, sometimes a lot happens relatively quickly which can make it confusing or hard to deal with the situation. I sent an email explaining my complicated situation and sent me a refund despite disagreeing with my view. That’s extremely appreciated! Their live chat for support doesn’t work, but maling them the second time got me a very fast response.

I am very grateful for the understanding.
Next time I will use this service again but then I will book in advance, which I didn’t do this time since it came very unexpectedly.

I purchased my hotel booking on May 18 and submitted my visa application on May 19th. I just got a visa refusal because they said my hotel booking was canceled in May 31. This site does not promise 3 weeks and they apologized and provided a refund. Which is appreciated. It is my first time trying their services. I would encourage others to try booking with them they are fair. Maybe this can be successful for you.

I really needed a ticket showing that I would leave the country 3 days after arrival. The agent did everything possible to make that happen, and it worked! Fast responses, great flexibility, and for a good price. Definitely recommend.

I used their refund policy, and though it took a bit of prodding, they did refund me. The product was fine, no issues there, but it didn't arrive in the timeframe I needed. I'm still giving five stars as the outcome was happy, and the product is sufficient for anyone who doesn't need an onward ticket immediately.

Looks quite ok… ticket arrives promptly, less cost than others. I didn’t get asked for proof of onward travel at check-in this time, so can’t comment on whether or not it was accepted.
Two things to watch on the site interface:
There is no screen to confirm your details, so be sure you get your information correct (especially your email address) before going to the pay screen
Online help didn’t seem functional when I was using the service, which was during their stated business hours

I booked a ticket, which arrived in 1,5h to my email, which was over their 5-60 minutes (during their office hours). I asked for a refund and got it. So the service was good, just a word of advice, don't book from them in a hurry.
