I spoke to Qyaam Clark this morning with a query, he sorted it quickly and was very polite and friendly. A lovely start to my morning.

Qyaam Clark was very helpful and got everything I asked for sorted in a matter of minutes :)

TotalEnergies EV charging
Very poor service for residents which chose pay as you go solution including disabled residents and drivers which using there vehicles only once for while. TotalEnergies is charging blue badge holders of EV vehicles for parking. Blue badge holders They have free parking, but You adding fees during charging.This is total rip off. Only subscribers can receive RFID cards not pay as you go drivers. To much hustling with uploading documents and verification (including council tax) so Your electricity bill for Your EV vehicle is based on your postcode (specially if You are living in London)and how much money they can make on Your subscription.TotalEnergies app very slow and poor. Everyone knows that sometimes apps not working properly and drivers spend time trying to connect to EV chargers is total waste of time. I travel a cross European country’s and internet connection is very slow and poor in some parts of Europe specially in Germany where EV charging stations are in the middle of nowhere between beautiful woodland or fields or farms. I will strongly recommend to everyone to have RFID card with You at all time. Other companies provide RFID cards is standard sign up services and the RFID cards compatible with much more different EV charging stations providers not only in UK but also in 27 other EUROPEAN countries. Definitely not recommended provider of EV charging stations

I have been having a few issues with logging in to our account recently and a few other queries that I couldn't find the answer for. Today I spoke with Qyaam Clark on the web chat facility, who was so helpful, polite and reassuring. All my queries were resolved and a new log in was set up so that I can now access my account.

I had a very obscure request, we stopped using gas in 2015 and now need the capped off meter to be re-energised, Quashi (probably not spelt correctly)Clark was able to give me our old account number and told me who to phone.

Qyaam Clark was extremely helpful on the customer service chat. My issue was quite complex dealing with multiple accounts and he dealt with them all professionally and carefully, even following up promptly with a further issue with one of the accounts, until eveything was resolved.
