These bags are surprisingly, very good quality. I was honestly shocked when I first got them or receive them. I’m honestly questioning the zippers I repeatedly I’m opening and closing them to make sure they don’t get jerky or anything like that. They’re actually like I said they’re really good quality they’re heavy duty definitely look good

I recently learned how to crochet and am now crocheting covers for totes that will be Christmas presents. (Crocheted clothing and accessories are a "thing' now!) I bought totes from other companies that we simply not made well so tried the Tote Bag Factory. The totes are high quality and perfect for my projects. They arrived quickly and I will be ordering more!

First, let me say that I handcraft bags and I’m a HUGE fabric snob. I got a bunch of natural canvas bags for my natural dyeing and ecoprinting and, quite honestly, with how affordable they are, I kind of expected the quality to be bad. But holy cow! I just kept pulling out bag after bag (I ordered several different models to try) and shouting at my husband “LOOK AT THIS! Feel this! Can you believe it only cost $…?!” The quality of the fabric is amazing- not the thin, junky fabric you so often see these days. And the construction is good too (another thing I’m a snob about). I’m so happy to have found this supplier and will definitely be back many many times!

If you order custom bags, make sure you budget for up to 20-25 business days in your timing. The website lists 7-10 business days for production from proof approval and 1-5 for business days for shipping - total of 15 business. We're past the upper limits on both of those and still do not have shipping confirmation - the total time they're projecting would make it 20-25 business days for an order of 100 custom bags. Customer service is friendly, but not very clear on timing or being able to resolve anything.

Looking for totes to heat press, found Totebagfactory and read the reviews, many reviews about bags melting, not one or two but 30 to 40. So, I reach out to Matt at Customer support and question the melting reviews and he sends me an email - see below.

I understand your concern regarding the reviews about the melting issue with the bag. It is important to note that the bags I provided are designed for sublimation, and if the incorrect temperature or application method is used during the process, it may lead to melting.

So, i purchased two bags to try and of course they melted and ruined my heat press just like the reviews. I get Matt back on the line and he tells me they don't take used product back and they don't refund shipping, so much for the BS on the site regarding "Easy Returns".

So Matt lied to me and scammed me out of a couple of cheap totes that were not cheap to buy.

I basically need to eat these two totes and purchase a new heat plate for my press.

You are crazy if you purchase from this company.

I recently purchased a couple different bags to consider for a project. I called to clarify some of the product differences and the representative was very helpful.
The bags I purchased were both excellent quality and came quickly.
