I purchased two different tote bags and the quality is great. Yes, there was a funny smell but it went away pretty quick. I will order again... very soon.

The items (canvas tote bags) I ordered were extremely top quality and as advertised. But what impressed me more was this. I wrote to their customer service dept. on 2/3/25 @ 12.59 pm about a shipping question. On 2/3/25 @ 1:01 pm I received a response from someone name Matt who clearly provided and answer. That's 2 minutes! That's worth 10 stars!

These are just what I needed! I teach workshops in block carving and printing and leaving with a finished tote bag (with gussets!) is a win win for student and teacher. Smooth surface weave, good quality and timely shipping.

The quality of the bags is just okay.
My biggest problem, however, was the customer service. They didn’t send me what I ordered to begin with. The support I received when dealing with this was extremely lacking and not helpful until well into the email conversation when I asked for more details and better service. I showed some frustration but was patient and understood that I was not just emailing a robot. But the responses I received were not understanding to me and made the situation seem like more of an inconvenience to them instead of me. I got no apology until I pointed this out to them. Then, they shipped me replacement bags with standard shipping that arrived a week later than I needed them. The least they (or any respectable business) could do is first apologize, then, ship me the bags as soon as they possibly can (even if that means they’re paying an extra $5 for shipping).. I will not be buying from them again. The quality of the product is not worth the headache of them messing up an order and taking no responsibility for it.

Just what we wanted: nice bright white cotton bags, perfect size, somewhat longer handles allow for tissue paper packaging! Great value though the shipping is a bit pricey.

I crochet. These bags hold a 6oz skein of yarn when you're using many colors of yarn and keeps them from becoming a tangled mess. You're the only site I've found that sells them.

Canvas totes are GREAT! Very sturdy quality and exactly what we were looking for!
