Really pleased with my experience with customer service. My mat is beautiful, but unfortunately has a tight curl that would not budge. They offered some solutions but unfortunately it did not flatten. They sent out a replacement within a week which they precisely rolled out for me before dispatch to ensure it was flat. It’s amazing quality also. Thank you espically to Laura - who replied quickly to me!

This is a really lovely product
This is a really lovely product. Even though the delivery time was a little delayed, the customer service was excellent with regular updates on the whereabouts of the parcel.

The customer support is off the charts 11/10 ... They helped me really locate my package so proactively when my hotel misplaced it and it required coordination between me , courier company and the hotel and they were so responsive!!

Truly the BEST customer service I have…
Truly the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Genuinely. The courier (not Totter & Tumble's fault) was a total disaster. T&T responded immediately and kept in touch as the saga continued. They then resent a mat and sent me some money as an apology. AND the mats are truly incredible. My sister, my mother and I all have one and I can't wait to get another. Premium brand and premium customer service.

The perfect product - 4.5 years and counting!
It only occurred to me while tidying up after the kids went to bed that our Totter & Tumble playmat is 4.5years old and counting -yet still looks as new as the day we got it - despite two children, a house move, and the occasional red wine spill. It has been a feature in our living room since we bought it - and has been a fantastic backdrop to milestone photos of our children and a safe spot for our children to work on their own milestones such as sitting up, rolling and playing!
It’s such a perfect product and one that has never disappointed - easy to clean, safe to use, comfortable and stylish! We dared to try another brand - and the quality was so so poor in comparison, that there can be no question where the next mat will come from - we love it! Thank you Totter & Tumble! :)

Above & beyond customer service
Really lovely product - looks beautiful and is the perfect play space for me and my baby, I know we’ll be using it for many years to come.
Customer service was superb - delivery came quickly but wasn’t logged on Totter & Tumble’s system that it had been delivered safely. The company reached out to me via email and WhatsApp to check in and make sure I had received everything ok and was happy. I don’t know many companies that are this proactive and committed to making sure the customer is happy.
Overall I’m a very happy customer and would recommend to anyone!

Kindness and Care in every detail
I absolultey love the Mat - the quality , color and everything about it is excatly what I need for practicing the Feldenkrais Method - I have given the mat another function and it is great! In Addition to that the company ethos and customer care of T&T are so wonderful - I had family tragedy happen suddenly and there was a to and fro about where the mat was to be delivered / if i was going to be in the country and Lucy made everything so easy and handled everything with kindness and care, and even resent my order via courier for free. I look forward to using this mat in my daily practice and studio.

great customer service
The customer service is fantastic and they really are so communicative and friendly. This was pretty essential though as there were several operational hiccups along the way (wrong swatch sent, slow swatch refund, playmat lost by couriers etc). In all, they are very dedicated, proactive, kept tabs on the replacement playmat and were keen to make things right. We love the designs too, and our little one is already loving the safe rolling area!

Amazing rug!! The cushioning is great for my kids who love jumping around and doing gymnastics all day, plus it looks great. Would definitely recommend!

Easy clean!
After considerable deliberation due to the price, I decided to purchase a Totter + Tumble mat—and I only wish we had done so sooner.
We use it as our living room rug and regularly receive compliments on its appearance. It is also very easy to clean, which makes it especially practical for everyday use in a home with lots of children.
I would highly recommend this product. It would be even better to see a wider range of colours and styles available.

Excellent Customer Service
I recently ordered from Totter&Tumble and the customer service I received was fantastic- particularly from Lucy.
Unfortunately the courier (DX delivery) claimed to deliver my playmat to a random address on my street but did not. I was extremely worried that I might have missed out on quite a sum of money. However, after contacting Totter &Tumble, they were willing to conduct an investigation and sent me a replacement mat within the week. Lucy kept me in the loop the whole time. The communication was fantastic. I didn’t feel comfortable using the same courier company for the replacement mat and Lucy arranged delivery with another trusted courier service. I was so impressed.
The mat I received is beautiful and sturdy. The neutral colours really match my home and I can see it will be a product that will last a while. I look forward to using it.

Easily stains
It’s a nice mat but it stains so easily. Spent £180 on a mat that has marks all over it after a few months. Using bicarbonate of soda mixed with water as suggested just removes the pattern and leave a big white mark on the mat.. Not toddler friendly but would be good for babies I guess.

Our playmats are designed to be wipe-clean for everyday family life, though they are not completely stain-proof. However, we would not expect our suggested bicarbonate of soda paste to remove the pattern when used as advised.
