I was sceptical booking a trip through Facebook but Allen at your help holidays has been so helpful. Very patient and understanding and always replies when I message. We don’t go on our trip until Jan 2026 but we are really looking forward to it and I’m comfortable knowing nothing will be to much trouble for Allen to help with.

Although I’ve not yet been on the holiday the help given by Allen on booking it and then changing hotels has been great

We booked a trip to disneyland paris for our daughters 8th birthday with Ben at tour help uk! Everything went lovely, I was a bit apprehensive that I had booked a trip through facebook so I bombarded ben with messages but nothing was ever too much trouble and he replied to all my questions and reassured me.
The hotel, flights and transfers all went fab! We had a slight hiccup with park tickets on day one but rang the office and it was sorted within 2 minutes which was excellent!!
Honestly would highly recommend Ben and tour help uk for a trip°

We booked a trip to Disneyland Paris through tour help, they listened to everything we wanted and came back with more than we could expect, the customer service was outstanding from start to finish

Ben is completely unreliable and untrustworthy. Do not place your faith or hard earned holiday money in this unprofessional, cowardly charlatan.
Ben blatanly lied to us about a booking he claimed he had made for us and deflected our concerns about said booking when it was directly put to him, stating 'everything was in order' and 'don't worry' when we queried it before we flew. Consequently, when we got to the destination we had queried with him, we found no such booking had ever been made.
Now, the coward is completely ignoring our emails of dissatisfaction and refuses to even acknowledge us.
After reading some of the reviews on here it seems his disgusting customer service ethics are quite common. That should tell you everything you need to know about this awful individual, the firm he represents and the unprofessional way he has total disregard for any customer care once he has taken a customer's hard earned/saved holiday money. He shamelessly doesn't care about anything other than getting his money. As customers, we deserve far far better than having this odious character cause massive personal disappointment and utter heartbreak and then not even have the common decency or ounce of honesty to give a simple explanation to why his MASSIVE FAILING happened in the first place.

Save yourself the heartbreak and disappointment. Go through a proper reputable firm with professional staff and get the holiday you've wanted and paid for

I saw Tour help uk pop up on my Facebook ads and without really knowing anything about them, I enquired if they could help me price up a trip to Reykjavik for November 2025. My advisor was called Steve, he, listened to what it was I was wanting and he soon returned to me with a trip itinerary sorted, and a price I was very happy with. He was very efficient with replying to my messages and all the information he passed on was well detailed. The trip is booked now for November and we can't wait to go. I know if I have anmore queries or want to add any extras to the trip, then Steve is on hand to help me.
Definitely would recommend using for your next trip.

I found tourhelp on Facebook, and I'm so pleased I did. I found it strange how easy it was!! 😂 I kept thinking that I needed to do more but I really didn't, everything was taken care of, response times were super quick, I never had to wait for an answer to any of my questions and then when it actually came to us going to Disneyland Paris everything was so smooth and stress free.

I would recommend, and I'm very grateful for the help and the lovely holiday we all (2 adults and 5 kids) had. Thanks 🙏🏽

We booked Disney land Paris with Roy who was great help and sorted everything for us which made it a easy booking experience, the hotel, transfers and flights were great, the park tickets were only for one park which we had to pay to upgrade ourselves and the room was only a double with a cot which wasn’t adequate as our little boy is too old for one, however Roy has promised to knock this money off our next holiday which we can’t complain about, overall great service and we all had a great time.

Roy helped us book a trip to Disneyland we went 23rd Feb-26th feb 25 it was amazing no faults at all with anything!

Only boo we had was the weather 🤣😅
