The first tour guide was helpful and explained our queries. As we had our own plan in LA, it'll be better for the second tour guide to inform us the details of pick up asap.
Btw, it's better to list all the charges when we join the tour.

For 5-day Yellowstone Park trip review, started and ended in Salt Lake City

Tour guide: Stanley or Lee

I have to say that it was an incredible experience with Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Many amazing nature wonders, breathtaking views, and up-close wildlife’s. The tour was well-planned. I highly recommended the tour if you are the first time go-er to Yellowstone. Over ten of highlight attractions in 2 days in Yellowstone!

On day 2, we left the hotel in SLC early to Jackson Hole and arrived during lunch hour. We then headed to Grand Teton. Besides the dam and snake river that we visited, Stanley was able to spot the elks along side of the road. Thus, we were able to get down and observe them with provided binoculars.

We then headed to Yellowstone to cap the day with Old Faithful and Morning Glory. And we got to see another herd of Elks at the sunset before heading back to West Yellowstone hotel. It was a long day and many hours of driving, but well-worth it.

On day 3, all the attractions were presented on this day. Prismatic, Artist points, falls, Lake, etc. A-herd of bisons on the field was also at range. A lot of walking, so wear comfortable shoes.

On day 4, we got to see the bear sanctuary and had a lovely picnic at the park in the Idaho Falls. Before the end of the day, we were back to SLC and visited the Great Salt Lake in the evening.

Since this trip was in early August, it got pretty warm during the day. Stanley kept us hydrated with water throughout the trip.

The 13-passenger van was a little bit tight, but we were able to get to stretch time to time. Stanley was also rotating the seat that everyone can see the better view on the van. Since it’s a small group, it allowed us to spend less time waiting and move around faster.

I hope that the each day plan was communicated better at the beginning of the day. The tour was conducted primarily in Mandarin. I can see that Stanley trying to keep us on the loop in English. Otherwise, Stanley was accommodating all the needs during the trip.

The tour guide Yasmin and bus driver Jason were brilliant. They were both super helpful. Yasmin was knowledgeable about all thi as tour based and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and on-time. Jason was polite and helpful as well. Together they made the trip even better than just the tour locations. Would definitely do another trip.

I made 2 trips with Tours4fun and had a great experience overall. The hotel was up to the mark with complimentary breakfast included. The transparency and commitment is the best part of Tours4fun. Last but not the least the tour guide Andrea was the best .He is too helpful, polite & well behaved. Thank you Tours4fun for helping us to create a good memorable trip.

Westar organized all tours very nicely and professionally. The tour guides were also great and knowledgable adding more interesting facts to the trip! If I have to say room for improvement is probably the email communication prior to the trip could be clearer about all the service fees and fuel charges. But all good! We enjoyed our trip and the hotelsz.

We had a great tour! Henry our guide was very patient with everyone and ensured was always got the best views!

We recently took the 2-day Niagara Falls tour with Tours4Fun, including the Corning Museum of Glass and Watkins Glen State Park, and I can honestly say this was one of the best guided tours I have ever experienced.

A huge part of what made the trip so memorable was our guide, Henry Lee. Henry was absolutely amazing — extremely organized, methodical, thoughtful, and attentive throughout the entire trip. His planning was impeccable, right down to scheduling bathroom breaks, meal stops, sightseeing time, and making sure everyone was comfortable.

What impressed us most was how carefully Henry planned around the weather and rain forecast. He adjusted the schedule strategically so that we could maximize our chances of experiencing and viewing Niagara Falls at its best. It was clear that he wasn’t simply following a fixed itinerary — he was actively thinking ahead and making decisions to give the group the best possible experience.

We were also traveling with senior family members, and Henry was incredibly patient and accommodating. He made sure they had enough time to walk, rest, and enjoy each location without making anyone feel rushed. That level of consideration made a huge difference for our family.

The hotel selection was very good as well, adding to the overall comfort of the trip.

From the itinerary and logistics to the sightseeing, timing, comfort, and personal attention, everything was handled exceptionally well. Tours4Fun did a fantastic job organizing the tour, and Henry Lee truly went above and beyond to make it special.

I would highly recommend Tours4Fun, and if you have the opportunity to have Henry Lee as your guide, you are in excellent hands.

I went on a 3 day Eastern Canada tour from Toronto to Montreal, Quebec city, Ottawa in a 13 seater. The logistics worked well with everything promised covered on schedule. Hotel arranged was decent though outside of any major city (Between Montreal and Quebec). Only negatives were- Information about pick was misleading, it wasn't easy to contact anyone at Tours4fun despite trying many times. As for the tour itself, I would suggest travellers to opt out of organized meals as nearly double the price is charged where you can eat yourself. In general a good trip but insistent tipping request was annoying.

I booked my Alberta 7 days tour with Tours4fun, they got my credit card number, they charged my credit card then two days later they emailed my and told me that there is no space on train to come back to Vancouver, they said I have to pay $2,000 extra, so they can put me on a private section of the train, they said because the economy seats are all gone. My question was why do you still advertise your tours with price of economy seat. They had NO ANSWER for me, I personally think they are scam. Thank you

The most terrible tour company. DO NO BOOK!!!
When we booked the tour, we were told We don’t have to pre-pay any activities. The activities such as Maligne Lake Cruise and Banff Gondola can be paid in CASH at the time of the tour. However, at tour we asked the tour guide to get us on the Banff Gondola, the tour guide said there is no availability. All activities are fully booked. I called the company right away, but the office representative said it the tour guide’s job to buy me the ticket…. And the tour guide pushed us to call the company to complain about this.
Also, we have a different tour guide everyday. We were “sold” to different companies each day. Therefore, the first day’s tour guide knows nothing about the second- and third-days tour guide. There is no communication in between companies. They don’t understand why Tour4fun would tell us paid cash at the tour for activities.

Bottom line, DO NOT pay for this unprofessional customer service and this mass up tour.

We booked a 2-day Niagara Falls tour for my father and uncle, and they had a wonderful experience! Their tour guide, Mason, was very friendly, helpful, and made sure they were comfortable throughout the trip. Communication was excellent, and everything was well organized. They really enjoyed the tour and came back with great memories. We truly appreciate Mason for making their trip so enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour!

A really great and fully immerssive and surreal experience. Looking forward to my next adventure . Would highly recommend.

The tour covered a lot of attractions. Our driver Frank was kind and made sure we were comfortable. Price reasonable. Will definitely tour again with this company

sorry I gave 4 star with 2 reasons:
1st: I bought front seat, found out I was the only one bought, all others reserved seats without payment, however , one tour guide did not even know I bought ( Huang , male?), put 3 other guests on the front, another tour guide Stella knew I bought, one day put 2 guests who just reserved seat on the most rt front seat, put me on lt front, so I never had priority to choose best seat which I purchased. I was not notified that I could reserve the seat ahead.
2nd: duo to bus driver 's responsibility, most of the guests luggage threw out of bus on highway, some of the luggages including mine( carry on black luggage) had extensive damage, WeStar bought new one to every guests, for the minor damage luggage guests would be satisfied with the replacement immediately, but for some of the severe damage guests not only had financial stress but emotional stress as well, I suggest WeStar gave these guests certain financial compensation , like credit point which we can use on next trip.

The way trip is organized, coverage, budget friendliness,the best guide Henry, promptness in pickup.

Henry took care of each and every one personally. He explained everything in a clear and neat manner.

Booking process was so simple and economical.

Also trip is covered sensibly with out rushing and engaging.

Bus thats provided is super good and clean.

company should do more

Nice experience if you want hassle free and stress free travel with family coming to US and you don’t like driving. The trip was normal paced with not much rush, but you need to follow the time limit given by the tour operator.

Location visited as promised. Trip is rushing every day but interesting
