Don't waste your money.
If i could give a 0 then I would.
My polish only lasted a day, so be warned, they believe that that is ok and my fault really.
I booked luxury performance manicure - UV Top Coat for extended wear, gel-like shine, faster drying and long-lasting wear (up to 10 days) £52 - but apparently there is no guarantee on this. So basically up to 10 days means 1 day only also - I feel mislead, lied to and then fobbed off.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
They did offered me a refund ( good will gesture apparently) in a way of credit to have another treatment - I made it very clear to them that if they can't deliver what they advertise/promise, then I have no desire to ever return to their salon (any of them) - and that's my problem, not theirs in their eyes.
Shocking communication, terrible customer service . BE WARNED

The nail technicians Isha and Tahmina were very attentive and did a fantastic job.
Tahmina was espically good at giving nail care advice and assisting with choosing the right colour for me

I thought they had Gel Bottle inc nail…
I thought they had Gel Bottle inc nail polishes and that was why i booked through them, because i love their colours. I was shown their own production of gel nail polishes which are a bit translucent and not as vibrant as gel bottle. I don't think they should have changed their color selection, the colours were limited as well. the price was also too much, i booked express with gel removal which costs £47. for £50 in most places they do a russian manicure including gel removal while using gel bottle colors. the practitioner seemed good, although since i didn't have manicure done i can't be totally sure about that either yet. i would choose russian manicures over this next time.

Aloof,rude staff
I previously went to your Covent Garden branch and had a great experience. Today i went to Northcote Road and it was very disappointing. The staff were aloof to the point of rudeness -i was there for an hour and not one member of staff even so much as smiled. The manicure and pedicure were ok (nothing special) -I had to tell the manicurist not to stab at my cuticles to the point of pain. They were basically unfriendly. Please don't reply saying you are unable to locate my booking details (as seems to be your standard response )-I booked online,checked in and paid so you have all of my details

I recently visited this salon in…wimbledon
I recently visited this salon in Wimbledon for a townhouse manicure, and to say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I walked out looking like I hadn’t even received a treatment at all.
The results are incredibly poor. My hands and nails look completely untouched and messy as if no professional care or effort was put into them. A professional manicure should leave your hands looking clean, polished, and well groomed, but this was far from it. It looks like a rushed, amateur job done at home, not a service from a premium salon.
For the price they charge and the location, the quality is unacceptable. I basically paid for nothing. I will definitely not be returning and highly recommend looking elsewhere if you actually want your nails to look done.

Nails fell off & poor customer service
I got gel nail extensions with bespoke nail art last Friday - a Birthday present. They said they were unable to do the design I liked or anything similar... I found a different design for them to paint which they did a fairly mediocre job of doing.
However, the real problems came once I left the appointment. Within 4 hours the gel nails started to fall off, all of them had fallen off by Sunday. Additionally my fingers were painful and swollen from the manicure.
I contacted the Whatsapp number on Friday but got no response. I emailed them and they have offered to fix the failed nails, but my fingers were too painful to go back, and it would have been pointless anyway as the rest fell off so soon after. Then they offered me store credit. I explained that I don't want store credit because they clearly can't be trusted not to hurt me or to do a decent job. But apparently it's totally impossible to get a cash refund. I was told I could use the credit to buy their gift cards or products - but why would I want to gift this useless service to anyone? And why would I need over £100 worth of nail-polish?
I'm really disappointed not only with the service provided but with the failure to resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner!
