Always excellent service from the Route1 team
There was a glitch in the system and part of my artwork was rejected even though suitable. Beth was super helpful and talked me through what to do as well as apologising profusely. I followed directions and sent artwork straight to the studio and she responded quickly and efficiently so that my delivery date was not compromised.
When I placed the order there was also a glitch with PayPal and the sales team were so helpful checking that the payment had gone through etc.
Always excellent service from the Route1 team!

Artwork/proof enquiry handled superbly
After uploading artwork and being unsure of the proof's accuracy I email the artwork dept at Route1Print. Hannah replied to my artwork query in an extremely clear way leaving no doubt in my mind the artwork I'd uploaded would be printed correctly and as intended.

One suggestion which could be helpful is to have a text message to say if there are any issues or updates with the artwork, if and when they arise, especially when you're not able to view emails.

Route 1 are fantastic company to deal with.
As a printer & broker, I rely on fast, informed & helpful people when dealing with all aspects of the print process. R1 are by far the best when it comes to dealing with print issues, which although rare, can happen & other trade printers often find any excuse as to why it's not for them to help or find the solution. Customer service & the Artwork team @ R1 will always be a huge asset to their clients, well done all.
