Very disappointed with my experience at…
Very disappointed with my experience at the Yonge/Eglinton centre location. Bought a hairdryer for my daughter which she found too big. When I tried to return it, unused, original package with the receipt a week later, I was told they never refund anything and only an exchange would be given. No where in the store or on the receipt is that stated. Don’t buy anything from there unless you’re absolutely positive it’s the right item for you.

The tax free event was misleading
The tax free event was misleading - I thought my Opi nail polish was on sale - so I bought 4- only to find out that the tax was added at the end. I would have waited for a future Opi promotion. Not impressed!

I bought a hair dryer for my mother as…
I bought a hair dryer for my mother as a gift. I think she is going to really like it but will see her in a couple of weeks. The delivery was where there were issues. It took four attempts to get my package and even though after the first attempt when I thought I had made arrangements for them to leave the package at my door that did not happen. On the third attempt they said no one was home. I was at home sitting where I could see my front door. They never came. I called in and I was told they would come back and deliver it that day. They never came back. Finally on the next day and the fourth attempt I got the package. I wasted two days waiting on this package. Based on the delivery issues I will not be ordering again.
