Really happy with these chairs. Good quality, strong and comfortable and a good competitive price. Very generous size with a drinks holder and a large side pocket. The storage bags are big enough and made from a really strong fabric. Fast delivery too! All round excellent. 5*

We didn't receive our tent even though we paid extra for next day delivery and the compnay is only about 10 miles away from our house. Called to cancel and got a refund through PayPal.

Recently bought Trail Luxton 6 for weekend family trips. The tent is really spacious and well made. Unfortunately, we found a small rip in the inner tent. It was not hindering the function, but it was going to get worse over time if unaddressed.

I was very impressed with how the support team reacted. Very polite, no pointless negotiation or customer blaming, no fuss, just focus on resolving the issue as soon as possible. Replacement item was sent within 24 hours. Excellent service.

I did enjoy using the company, electing to buy 2 folding garden chairs, one black and one blue!
The offer for the chairs was £59 each.
Sadly when I came to the payment section, I discovered that the blue chair was a lot more expensive.
Shame on you TRAIL.

Dealt with these guys through an offer gained from booking Airport parking! Transaction was smooth and item of decent quality.

Ordered 2 self inflating mattresses and a double sleeping bag which arrived within the stated time. However when opening one of the mattresses we discovered it was not self inflating. Informed Trail who asked for a video of proof or a photo - neither of which would show the problem, which I explained. I then decided as they have a 30 day money back returns policy, just to return them. I was sent a link for a return label which did not work. I contacted the company and they stayed they were having problems with their website and would contact me in due course. It all rather feels like stalling tactics, I have 2 weeks left now to return the items in order to get a refund. Which I do not have confidence that I will receive.
