Delivered as promised and Reclining Camping Chair suited me perfectly.
Unfortunately, my wife found it too big so I returned one of the two I ordered. Trail Outdoor were very understanding, arranged a courier to collect it and refunded me promptly - and you can't ask for more than that.

The cool box that me and my wife got…
The cool box that me and my wife got off trail is amazing. It came with us to a craft fair and paintball tournament and has kept are sandwich and drinks cold and safe

Excellent customer service and products
Trail are so caring and thorough, they refunded me straight away for a problem with a delivery that wasn't even their fault it was the couriers mistake , they couldn't have been more helpful, I love their products aswell. Overall I can highly recommend them excellent service.

I have bought 3 chairs from them, I have them in my garden, they are very well made and very comfortable to sit on, for the price they are excellent value, I purchased them a few years ago we have used them all the time and are still perfect, I don’t hesitate to recommend
