Will do the job
Bought the 5cm black self inflating mattress but it’s not as the photo shows with the straps that click in so you can keep it tight it’s just 2 roll on ones either side & the mat is not as thick as one I had brought previously so they have certainly changed the design. This one rolls much smaller than my previous purple one though which is a lot better for weight & carrying. Good price & great there are different colours

Product not as described
Product not as described. Advert says 200g when packed away. It is 560g. Will be interested to hear response from Trail. The weight was a crucial point in deciding the purchase - would not have purchased if I knew it was 560g. Advert says 1/2 weight of a 2 season bag my 2 season bag is 850g so this is also not true. Very disappointed.

Don’t bother paying extra for next day…
Don’t bother paying extra for next day delivery as it’s a con. I ordered a set of chairs. They sent one chair via evri at 9:53am (time of email notification) which has arrived and the rest via DX at 9.55am (time of email notification) that is now due to arrive 5 days after I ordered them. Obviously to save on cost! I wanted next day delivery for a reason! I have tried contacting them but constantly on hold. Wouldn’t recommend.

Could do better
It was delivered to the wrong address. And the bed slightly deflates by the morning. I can tolerate it at the moment and I can't be bothered with the hassle of returning it. It's a shame as it would be nice to be able to purchase stuff from places other than Amazon that deliver to my address and the next day. I hope this helps in improving what and how you do things to take a little slice of Amazons business.

If there was a zero star option I would choose it. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
Go to Google reviews as gives a better picture of this company and what your getting involved with.
Item not as described requested a return the same day and over 2 weeks later the item hasn't even been picked up.
Tried calling and emailing 'customer services' which respectfully was shockingly unprofessional. No manager to speak to or to call. No official complaints procedure unable to raise a complaint.
Won't give me an alternative way to send the item back so I'm now stuck and our of pocket through no fault of own.
Can't believe there are so many good reviews on here I wonder if these are all genuine.
Update 31st March 2026
I've now been told via the PayPal resolution portal that I have to fund a return at my own non refundable expense for a courier to return the item.
The company accepted my return which I placed the day I received the item the validity of my return has become in question? Some 2.5 weeks later as they can't seem to arrange collection as per my consumer rights.
Nice try asking for my personal information which if I didn't send would enable you to take down this review. The lengths companies go to huh.
So I've provided my reference number and phone number so it would be great for a manager to call to discuss and resolve fully.
Keep tuned folks I'm sure there's more to come.
