Great company.
Have purchased various items of camping equipment recently. Always use a search engine and invariably end up on Trail Outdoor website. Easy to navigate, great range of products and always competitively priced. Postage costs are reasonable and arrival times met. Plus it's always good to support independent companies.

Poor service
Poor service, delivery was late, then I no longer wanted the tent returning it has and still is a nightmare, arranged collection for return and it still hasn't been collected. Then trying to contact anyone at trial, takes them over three days to respond to messages

Perfect piece of kit.
Express delivery. Easy to erect and have lots of extra outdoor space to our adventures. Well thought out piece of kit including the skylight, mosquito nets and curtains. On first use looks like a good quality and well made awning.
