Delivered exactly what they said they would

I love this mattress! I bought a single for my first festival (aged 53) and I slept soo well, no aches and pains so I could dance all day!! It was so simple to inflate and then deflate, no pump needed.

I then bought a double for my daughter and her partner so I can get a good nights sleep when I stay in their one bed flat… and they can take it camping!! Again, I slept really well and was fit as a fiddle for a day of shopping in London.

I purchased an outdoor comfortable chair and a back pack. Firstly the website is very easy to negotiate, pricing is clear and they make it easy to bundle items together.
Pricing was very very good .
The delivery was fast and the items arrived safely and well packaged.
I have been using the items for a while now and the quality and build quality are there to be seen.

The kids sleeping bag was perfect for my kids, as it's easy to pack back into its bag that's provided, with extra room for p. Js and other bits and bobs. My son said it was very warm and comfortable and was very happy with it. Nice colour too.

Being able to read the all positive reviews made the choice to order from Trail easy. I liked that the company is family-run and British. Delivery was fantastic. It actually worried a day before it was due. The air mattresses are really comfortable.

We already have a trail tent and love it and great quality so we know the wind break would also be good . Very quick easy too order and quick delivery

The chairs arrived faulty. I'd give 5 star for customer service. The problem was addressed immediately, and replacements were sent out straight away. I'm not sure how comfy they will be and if I'd have bought had I seen them beforehand. Probably not. I would've gone for more comfort. But, I've got them so will make do.

Good priced and independant store. Item posted and received very quickly from point of order. Camping chair looks good and sturdy will hopefully last a long time. Must add the highback is more comfy than the last chair i had. Thanks for great fast service.

Looks sturdy but unfortunately the inside zip pocket has torn already. And it’s not as if I over filled it or anything. Quite disappointing really as it’s a decent looking ruck sack.

Great price and great product, didn’t think I could get an air tent at the price I did and the chairs are so good a strong.
Will keep buying from them in the future.

Not very happy with the box it arrived in, one of the corners had been ripped off and completely sellotaped back on.I nearly sent it straight back.

Stay away from ordering from this company, I ordered two air mattresses which were delivered. However, I was not in and the delivery company they used left them in my back garden which is not a safe place, I did not give them permission to leave them in my backyard, The delivery company. They used dates on their website that they will try to deliver on three occasions before sending them back to the sender. My issue is with Evri and trail, a trail have stated that I will not be given a refund or resupplied with the missing item because I should have been in the property and I should have stayed in until I received my delivery and I will not be getting a refund or replacement order because of this. Disgrace of a company and will be taking this further.

The more information you have requested is I said I would get a county court judgment on you within the next 14 days. If I didn't receive a full refund, within hours you have decided to give me a refund. Case closed.
