N'accepte pas les cartes de réduction SNCF
Premier aperçu : les cartes de fidélité et réductions SNCF ne sont pas prises en compte et ce n'est pas spécifié. Donc on se retrouve à payer son billet plein tarif alors qu'on devrait l'avoir possiblement à moitié prix.
Et le voucher ne peut pas être échangé pour un avion ou un évenement car leur systeme n'est pas flexible.
Donc je ne recommande absolument pas...

Don't buy from this company
Don't buy from this company, it will cost your recipient more money to redeem the voucher via train gift than booking directly with Eurostar.
I received a £200 gift voucher for Christmas. I have found plenty of seats on the Eurostar website for a return journey to Brussels for two for £216, when I try to book via traingift the very same journey costs £600 as I cannot book standard seats on any journey and only premier are available. This means it will cost me more to redeem a gift than if I just bin the gift voucher and book directly! Not what my gifter intended im sure!
Save your (and your recipients) money and dont buy from here.

Train operators do not always make the same inventory, fare classes, or promotional fares available through third-party booking partners. Availability and pricing on our platform are provided by our supplier and are dependent on what the carrier makes available at the time of search.
In your case, the Standard fare class available on the carrier's website was not available through the supplier channel, while only higher fare classes with additional amenities and inclusions were offered. As these fare classes differ from Standard tickets, higher prices are expected.
We also note that our support team responded to your enquiry, explained the availability differences, and provided alternative options where possible. Traingift is a legitimate gift card product used by thousands of customers, and we regret that the available fare options for your selected journey did not meet your expectations.

J’ai offert deux cartes train Gift à…
J’ai offert deux cartes train Gift à mes parents pour leur leur trajet de vacances. Mais malheureusement une fois sur le site les trains proposés étaient limités et ne permettaient pas de les amener à leur destination, comme si l’offre de train était limitée. En outre pas possible de faire prendre en compte la réduction senior Sncf. En bref j’ai payé moi-même les billets et ai gardé les cartes cadeaux pour moi. Dans cette mesure je ne passerai plus par ce site. Le fait que le partenariat Sncf soit annoncé à l’achat de la carte est quelque peu trompeur.

Searching for explanation for the added charges
I purchased a voucher for a relative for £50. When I went to book for her and a friend, the cost of two one way tickets from Stansted airport to Norwich was £90. I purchased the tickets using my voucher and paying £40 balance on my card. Once this was done, the relative, who travels this route regularly, said that on Trainline and direct with the railway was £23 each one way, a total cost of £46. I had paid £90 for the same journey for 2. I contacted Traingift who said "Our pricing is determined by our suppliers, according to factors such as route, fare, ancillary services, etc. Additionally, as we work with a supplier, an administrative fee is included in the rates provided to us.
Lastly, it is kindly advised not to compare our prices with those of other third parties, as they often include outdated/cached data or charge additional fees at checkout on top of their seemingly attractive prices."
Can anyone explain how this doubles the price of the ticket? I could have paid £46 for the journey. Instead I purchase a £50 voucher and added £40 to pay for their suppliers, ancilliary service and admin fees!! What a rip off!
