Jake sent the e-ticket to me in a timely fashion. While working for this horrible company, he explained all the small print that no one ever reads. Spent way too much money on a flight that should have cost half of what they charged.

Sharon was helpful in getting my boarding passes, but I did not receive my boarding passes 24 hours prior to my flight and had to reach out to receive them.

I made a mistake in dates of flights, realized in 10 min, called the first time the agent lied that he canceled the order said to wait for confirmation email within 5-10 min, I waited half an hour - nothing, I dont remember the name of FIRST AGENT unfortunately, but can be tracked, I am sure!
It is a DOT Law in America, you have 24h to cancel the tickets you just bought. I would fire a LIAR AGENT, not acceptable in this country!

Terrible Experience

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Travelocase. I purchased my flight tickets at a specific price, only to be contacted afterward and told that I needed to pay a significantly higher amount to guarantee my tickets. This is completely unacceptable and misleading! How can a company advertise tickets at one price, accept a customer’s payment, and then demand additional money to secure the booking. The entire experience was extremely frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. Customers deserve transparency, honest pricing, and reliable service, especially when booking flights.My advice to everyone is to book your flights directly through the airline instead of using third-party companies like Travelocase. It is much better to avoid these unnecessary problems, unexpected charges, and stressful situations. Saving a few dollars is simply not worth the headache. I deeply regret booking through this company, and I will never use their services again.Save yourself the frustration and book directly with the airline.

Travelocase engaged in bait-and-switch tactics. After submitting a booking request, they refused to provide an official airline confirmation number (PNR), issuing only an internal 'Booking ID.' They then called me to demand a higher price to finalize the ticket. Fortunately, I realized what was happening, locked my bank card before they could charge me, and sent a formal cancellation email. When they realized they couldn't get my money, the customer service agents tried to intimidate me with fake threats, claiming they would 'transfer the issue to the airline' and falsely claiming money couldn't be refunded (even though they hadn't even charged me yet). Be warned: they hold your booking hostage to force an upcharge. Book directly with airlines instead."

SCAM SCAM SCAMMMMMM!!! they give you cheap tickets and only after you pay you get to read the terms and conditions. i booked and after not receiving a confirmation email i called the 1800 number. the first representative said to wait 30-60 mins. after waiting 5.5 hours i called again. first they had an issue with their website that it was “down”. when he did get it back up he lets me know that the plane only has 1 seat available so we would either have to be separated, book a different flight for a different date or upgrade my seating and pay the difference… i state that the terms and conditions were given to you to read AFTER you pay. the representation i talked to after the 5.5 hour wait give me different names, gives an attitude when we did nothing wrong and they are the scammers.
