SCAM SCAM SCAMMMMMM!!! they give you cheap tickets and only after you pay you get to read the terms and conditions. i booked and after not receiving a confirmation email i called the 1800 number. the first representative said to wait 30-60 mins. after waiting 5.5 hours i called again. first they had an issue with their website that it was “down”. when he did get it back up he lets me know that the plane only has 1 seat available so we would either have to be separated, book a different flight for a different date or upgrade my seating and pay the difference… i state that the terms and conditions were given to you to read AFTER you pay. the representation i talked to after the 5.5 hour wait give me different names, gives an attitude when we did nothing wrong and they are the scammers. SCAMMM DONT BOOK FROM THIS WEBSITE

Terrible scammers, do not book with this company; they will rip you off. They need to be shut down immediately; all the good reviews are probably bots!

Do not book from this website. I booked a flight for my family of four and was called the next day saying it was going to be 2 1/2 times as much. Customer service representatives are rude and said they would not refund the money. Avoid them at all costs.

Sharon was extremely helpful with verifying my booking.

I had a fantastic experience with Liam Smith. He was professional, friendly, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Liam took the time to understand my needs, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.

His excellent communication and genuine commitment to helping customers really stood out. It’s rare to receive such thoughtful and reliable customer service. I truly appreciate Liam’s effort and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding customer support.

5 stars for excellent service!

Jake sent me the ticket. He is very helpful!

They try to scam you by showing cheap dates and then won't confirm your booking right away. An agent will reach out asking for more money and if you try to decline they'll literally shout at you.

Jake got us our boarding passes! Thanks Jake. We are ready to go!

Just the friendly service and attention to detail of our questions.

Jake west, thank you for your help
