Jake was very helpful with my booking process! Very patient and helpful!!

The company uses fraudulent business practices in order to price gauge when customers are vulnerable and have been lied to with false advertising.

Jake & June were both very helpful. The process took some time and June was very patient with my questions. Even the ones I asked more than once. I appreciate the energy put in to make this transaction successful.

Jake was wonderful and sent everything I needed!

Jake and James were helpful in the whole process.

To be honest, I felt like being robbed with this travel agency because I had to pay extra $500 to get upgrade from restricted tickets to basic economic. That is insane and Cheapoair gave me much cheaper price. Since I already paid the original price up front, I would waste the money if I cancel. I just don't feel like the way they are doing business, although the service was nice. I would not return to use this website to book any tickets in the future and I will not recommend it to my family or friends.

Mr. Casper, and Ms Sharon are awesome please keep them on your team thank you for the great experience!

Sharon sent my boarding passes quickly.
