Horrible online I was giving total of $596.46 to be charged. When I called to check on my tickets it's saying the flight was confirmed one way but I would have to pay extra $997.00 and could only wear the clothes on my back , no bags are carry on is able to be brought with me. Then Was told I couldn't cancel so I asked for a supervisor I was told no supervisor is there places on hold and she then hang up. I contacted capital one and told them stop charges that wasn't approved.

Rico and Jake helped us to get a initial standby flight into a regular flight for about $700 dollars extra.

Terrible tactics. My tickets were never confirmed. They claimed to have reached out to me with “urgent” information but I have no record of them calling or emailing. I finally called and they told me I could “upgrade” for an additional $2000 or change my flight, which I cannot do as my schedule for this trip is not flexible. They told me I purchased “standby” tickets but I can tell you that is not the case - who would do that? Bait and switch company, save yourself and do not use them.

The Price changed after payment and customer service mentions that even a few minutes after the booking that ticket can not be cancelled and they will charge the higher price. Bait and switch tactics is Despicable

Jake was great at the very end.

When trying to book flights through Kayak, we were redirected to the travelocase.com website. The flights were cheaper, so we proceeded with the booking. Shortly after we received a call stating that we would not be able to take any luggage, not even a carry-on. We would not even be able to pay the baggage fee at the airport, which we are well aware of. In other words, travel with the clothes we had on, nothing else. This was not stated anywhere in the information prior to booking the flight. We were forced to upgrade to another "passenger class" in order to bring our carry-on luggage, which I doubt is airline policy. and had to change to a nearby airport which was less convenient. This would have cost us more than $300 more than booking directly through Kayak. This was a classic bait-and-switch. We were also told that this was non-refundable, even though we had been misled as to what we were receiving. Do not use this service, and if you do expect it to be a scam.
