Absolutely fantastic service. Daniel couldn't do enough for us. We were doing a last minute booking (3days before) and the easyjet website wasn't accepting my payment. Daniel was extremely helpful and spent nearly 2 hours trying to resolve the issue with their IT and managed to book it for us. He kept us in the loop which was great.
Highly recommend!

An excellent service. The only reason I gave four star instead of five is that the payment process was very slow .
However I give five stars to the agent, Adama Bangura who went above and beyond to help us book our holiday. She was exceptional.
I don’t understand why I couldn’t book on the EasyJet site as when I got to the final stages of booking, it said that the holiday was no longer available. This happened when I tried a few alternatives. However when I phoned Travel Solutions the same holidays were miraculously available.
Thanks Travel Solutions but a bit unsure why I couldn’t have done it myself through EasyJet.

I had a problem with processing Easyjet booking online and was given TSN number to call. What a great experience, Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole thing very easy, calling back when he said he would and making sure the email came through. Will use them again!!

Since the 5 star review I wrote on the 20th March, I've had a bit of a shocker health wise and have had to postpone another holiday. Spoke to Jane who could not have been more helpful in rescheduling my trip. Really nice to see such good customer service in today's world!

I booked a holiday via Travel Solutions Network as the agent acting on behalf of easyJet holidays for special assistance for my grandparents. Unfortunately due to the ill health of my grandma we decided to cancel the holiday with 60 days' notice which was in line with their policy of our deposit being refundable. Unfortunately they refused to refund our deposit despite us adhering to their policy. I would strongly urge anyone who is booking with this company to reconsider.

Adam Hallsworth was great with helping us book our holiday with EasyJet. He was very thorough, patient and listened to everything that was needed for our family. Excellent service and would happily use again!
