Great experience!!!. I Was kind of worried since there are so many scams nowadays but after reading all the reviews I decided to book the plane tickets but I did it over the phone with Mr. Ronnie and I can't complain. Everything went smooth and it went as he explained it to me, he even helped me getting the price I was looking on-line with was cheaper than the other travel agencies. I will definitely call him back next time. Thank you Ronnie

I would give negative stars if I could! This company is a scam. Beware!!!! I was told my 3 round trip tickets would be $851, which was taken from my credit card. Then I get to the airport to get on my flight and am told I owe another $580 or I cannot fly!! Apparently this company shows “low prices” and then claims the flight isn’t available anymore so calls and says they found another flight the same as you tried to book before but you need to write “I agree” to an email they send to get that price. First red flag! Then they do a “chargeback” which never gets refunded on your end and you end up paying at least double what you thought you would. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY SCAM and book direct instead!

Today I made a reservation and I received a callback, telling me that they (travoman) made a mistake and the reservation was not available, and if I wanted the flight I needed to pay an additional $300.00 dollars. I told them to cancel the reservation, but the representative used the F*** word and said I would cancel it. Unacceptable behavior of any company.

I would call them rather than booking online. Price shown on their website wasn't honored. However, they quoted me a price that I was happy with. I've been looking to purchase for months, and this price was by far the cheapest. Booking was confirmed within 24 hours. Ronnie was experienced, well communicated, and customer service was great.

Great service and Ronnie was very helpful and very informative and kept the original price which he quoted for me even after the price has risen higher.

I booked a flight with this fraudulent company. Brandon is the person who I was in contact with. They used another person name with my information. The flight was canceled but the company Travoman was refunded with a different amount than what I originally paid. They were paid through some type of travel bank through JetBlue. Brandon told the credit card company which was used to purchase the plane ticket (which I didn't use) that the plane ticket was use patricianly, meaning a one way. This never happened. I have been going back and forth with the credit card company about this charge, which I am not paying. The service was not rendered. this TRAVOMAN COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. Today is 9-25-23 and I am still fighting to get this cleared up with the credit card company. Travoman needs to be out of business. This is a shame how they used people information for their gain. While they are at it they are getting paid double from us the consumer and the credit cards companies who refunds them the money. GOD WILL GET YOU SOONER THAN LATER BRANDON!!!

Good customer service, fast and easy

Processing was simple and quick. Was able to get a round-trip ticket for a reasonable price.

Worst company ever dealt with they had it posted a certain price then called me and tried to charge me 300$ more. After I told them to cancel the flight my card then got charged for a flight across the country they are stealing information don’t use!

I had a great experience wit robbie one of yur workers he was very nice and got us wat we were looking for he supplied us wit his cell n email so he can help us wit watever questions we may had had this is my first time dealing wit yur company n it was a great experience I thank u robbie for yur help contine the good work guys

This service has been an absolute nightmare from the very beginning. My original flight from Pittsburgh to JFK was booked 6/16. Within an hour of booking the flight, ‘Brandon’ from Travoman is texting me (with almost illiterate messages) to tell me that the flight that I had JUST booked was no longer available. The only flight he had available was $150 more. I told him no I wasn’t paying more money for the flight and if that was the case to cancel the transaction. Of course by some ‘MIRACLE’ shortly after that, the original price became available.

The day I am supposed to leave comes, (6/22) and it is brought to my attention that he booked me a flight for 6/20 instead of 6/22. He then tried to charge me a fee to change the flight. I told him I was absolutely not paying for a mistake HE made. He fixed my flight at no charge. As he should.

I then get to the airport and I try to check in for my flight on my phone. The confirmation number he sent me was incorrect. I then had to wait on the line (for 35 mins) to check in with an agent.

After learning my lesson the first time, I go to check in for my flight home to Pittsburgh from JFK the day before. Because the original confirmation number Brandon provided me was incorrect, I emailed him and asked for the correct confirmation number. Brandon then proceeds to tell me that he canceled my trip and is sending me a refund. When I asked why he did this, as I didn’t ask for a refund or for my trip to be canceled, he told me that he will cancel the refund but he can’t get me on a flight from JFK to Pittsburgh today.

All the while, I am receiving notifications directly from American Airlines asking me to please check in for my flight. If my trip has been canceled, why would I need to check in for it?

I then decided to call Travoman directly. There, I spoke to a supervisor who told me that Travoman did not cancel my trip, American Airlines did. (This is a lie- I checked the status of that flight and it was in fact still on time and not cancelled)

And despite the fact that Brandon told me that he would cancel my refund, I would still be receiving one. (Which I have yet to receive)

Please do not book with this service. If I could give -10000 stars I would. No part of this has been productive or helpful. This is a scam. It is made to look like you’ll be saving money but in the end you either wind up paying the same or more, OR just not having a flight period.

SCAM! The other reviews are fake. You will book a ticket and you’ll get a call saying that the ticket is no longer available then they will try to up charge you with another airline. When you want to cancel they come up with all these excuses and try to get you to proceed and tell your bank to except the international charges (London) when the website said they’re based out of New Jersey !! I was told I’d get an email stating that they canceled the trip on their end but never received that email and never got a response back when they were responding quickly to me before all of this happened. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Go straight to the airline sight and don’t try to find cheap tickets from a third party ! Now I have to cancel my card because they have my information

Ronnie is the bomb and very professional . Saved $200 on a flight for 2 ..kayak - Priceline etc .Yes they’re well known . You pay extra for that . I imagine their commission is higher than travoman ,hence the higher prices.
In the end , the flight was summarized into how much Delta charged for the flight and how much Travomans take was.
Also , don’t be fooled by the low low price - it’s going to be higher.. They’ll say it’s not available anymore.They all do it . It’s the nature of the business. I still got the best deal .
Bottom line - Travoman was the most inexpensive..
Don’t be afraid. Travoman is legit..

Great customer services immediate response to anything you can think of, will walk you thru your travels and ease any anxiety you may have…🙂
