პირველ და მეორე კლასის ბილეთებში ფასში სხვაობა 40 ლარია მაგრამ სხვაობა თითქმის არ არის ერთადერთი სკამია უფრო კომფორტული + ამას 1 კლასის ბილეთის ყიდვისას ეწერა რომ 2 კლასისგან განსხვავებით უფასო წყალი გვეკუთვნოდა და ადგილზე მითხრეს რომ ეგეც არ გვეკუთვნის ვერ ვხვდები 40 ლარით ძვირი რაში გადავიხადე ,სკამში? კიდევ წერია რომ მატარებელში არის ინტერნეტი 😂 კი ინტერნეტი არის მაგრამ ვერ გამოიყენებ რადგან ძალიან სუსტი ინტერნეტია მთელი გზის განმავლობაში არ იჭერდა ვერაფერი გავხსენი ასერომ ინტერნეტითაც ვერ სარგებლობ და ჯობია საერთოდ არ ეწეროს დეტალებში რომ ინტერნეტი გაქვთ

გვსურს განვმარტოთ, რომ თქვენ სრულიად მართალი ბრძანდებით, შტადლერის მატარებლის 1-ელი კლასის მგზავრებს ნამდვილად ეკუთვნით უფასო წყალი, რომელიც ბორტის პერსონალისგან მოთხოვნის შემთხვევაში გაიცემა. ძალიან ვწუხვართ, რომ ადგილზე არასწორი ინფორმაცია მოგაწოდეს — ეს პერსონალის მხრიდან დაშვებული შეცდომა იყო და აღნიშნულზე რეაგირებას უკვე ვახდენთ, რათა მომავალში მსგავსი გაუგებრობა აღარ განმეორდეს.

I've purchased the tickets
I've purchased the tickets, the money was deducted from my account, however the tickets were never sent to me. I've contacted the support team, after which they offered promo code for totally free purchase. guess what? The purchase was not going to be free, it requested additional 18 GEL. I refused to pay additional fee, and requested full refund, which they did in 15 minutes,after I promised to write a statement to the customers' rights protection agency. The system needs update. It should not have so many errors. I would highlight prompt responses from the support team member, she was online and answering immediately.
