My fault! I wrote a review about our new NordicTrack, but put it in the treadmill Doctor reviews. I have deleted that negative review…
Treadmill Doctor was great! I got the part I needed in just two days and was able to repair our old treadmill which we have to our son.

Overall the treadmill deck is great
Overall the treadmill deck is great. My only complaint would be that I had to drill all the holes to install the deck which was time consuming

Manufacturers like to change up the spacing without notice so we ship without the holes to ensure the integrity of the deck. Kudos on the install as it can be tricky!

Back up and ‘running’
The belt on our treadmill needed to be replaced so we ordered a new one through the treadmill doctor. We were easily able to find the right belt and ordered it. We paid the extra to have it shipped quicker and we’re very happy with the order to delivery time. Our treadmill is back up and “running”.

Local Service company refused to replace new tread I ordered from your company on my treadmill.
I ordered and received a replacement tread for Proform QT 835. The recommended service company refused to service my machine. So, I have a new tread with no means of installing it on my treadmill.

Very helpful service! The gentleman I spoke with gave me wonderful and helpful information on how to replace and align the walking belt. Shipping was right on time and received the belt in 2 days. Well packed and in excellent condition. I will go through treadmill doctor again!
