Liked the product but the notice of it being ready for pickup didn't come through. I had an approximate date but had to call a week after that date to verify that it was ready.

Easy process, quick pick up, help from the stuff, all very smooth.

Order on Sunday got it on Tuesday very quick service & delivery,The king single bed was easy to assemble by my wife and is a great bed .

Fantastic experience shopping online was so easy the communication exceptional I knew so quickly when I could collect and that was easy a nice showroom to look around while waiting for my item to be put outside to collect. I’m sure you’ll be seeing me again

Made the purchase online and was emailed within the hour to collect and then easy pickup. The assembly was tricky though and took over 2 hours . In the end, love the drawers. Good quality

I just love treasure box, the communication is amazing and the products are what they say they are. I am always impressed with this company.

The website and ordering experience was very easy and straightforward, including email confirmation quickly that items ready for collection.

The check-in process for furniture collection could be better, as there are many others waiting, or with other various questions regarding their order, which takes up the time of the staff, rather than if we were able to check in without needing to wait for them would be ideal. I see you do have this functionality in your email but I don't think it works as I still had to check-in with the lady at the desk.
Once that was done, it was very quick, a great service. And the office staff do a great job, it's just busy in the weekends for them.

The color was not matching with what on the website ask for dark grey received light Grey - I have booked for return dropped the item myself at the showroom , and they still need 2-3 working days to check the product before they process the refund .Just because we opened the box, No one can see the color before opening as the package was written outside Dark grey
