Delivery took longer than expected but arrived today. Havnt opened yet

Said in the email I would get notification of when it would be shipped but recieved nothing at all then all of a sudden it turns up. It also has damage on the outside of the box. I was at home at the time of delivery and they did not ring or knock on the door

I've already got bedroom furniture from TreasureBox why would I want to go anywhere else, very affordable, easy to put together and strong and durable materials. Thank you 😊

Delivery was almost instant. This is a very heavy item and we needed to unpack boxes and carry in sheet by sheet. Also v we ry difficult to assemble, so far we have taken 2 days and not finished. I would say allow min of 3 days. Very happy with quality

Liked how when you pick up you can let them know your on your way. Theyll get it ready to be picked up and itll be waiting for you to put into your car.

Lack of communication not advising of late arrival stock. Once I upgraded to get on time they advised would be sent that day however was not.
The chat online was not to helpful and then Noone answered phones,

It was difficult to get through on the phone prior to buying the item, but once I rang on the after purchase line, the service was outstanding, very helpful and communication about when the product was ready was great. There was no communication as to the delivery date and time, I had even downloaded an app to track this. I then had to email to check in on my order just to find out I had pre-ordered and they will get back to me on delivery dates etc. If I had known I would have opted for something that will be delivered on time or earlier.

There was no instruction manual given to put up this make up vanity. Over 100 screws and no idea how to put this up.
