Efficient delivery and tracking service.

I am still waiting to receive my Book shelf which was my first order, which is the only outstanding item from my two orders.

I ordered four items in total.

20 July: A courier delivered a package.
On opening it, it turned out to be Rylee study desk.

21 July: A different courier delivered two packages, the armchair and coffee table as mentioned on the package

According to the delivery tracking, the armchair, coffee table, and Rylee Study Desk were all scheduled to be delivered together on 21 July and the Book shelf on 20th July

When I asked the courier about the missing item, I was told they had only two items to deliver on 21st

Since then, I have made numerous attempts to contact your customer service. I have called your number several times and left voicemail messages, but to date I have not received a single callback. I also tried your AI chat service, but received no response.

This lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. It has been stressful and it is unacceptable that I have had to repeatedly chase up an order that has not been fully delivered.

Could you please advise where the Book Shelf is and when it will be delivered? If there has been a delay, I expect to be informed rather than having to follow up myself.

I would appreciate an urgent response and prompt action to resolve this matter. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Not the right pieces for the draws

Purchases arrived earlier then expected and kids are happy with their new draws

I purchased an armchair to find out after collection the ottoman was not included. I changed the order on sight whilst there to another armchair which included an ottoman. The customer service team were quite happy to supply the items at the price of the previous armchair. Good customer service and helpful.

Delivery was prompt, product well packaged and was exactly as I envisioned it to be, it’s great to open a package and it’s exactly as it was advertised, am sooo delighted with my purchase, would not hesitate to order again 🙂

The holes for the base and back of the chair didn’t line up so poor quality.
Other than that they’ll be alright for my office
