I ordered 2 x paddy padded chairs, received email saying they were dispatched but only received one chair???? Order number 100939406, received a response from someone called Alexandra from Tresspass saying my order will be with me shortly??? No explanation has to why only one chair delivered!!! I have paid for 2 and therefore want the other one, not unreasonable I believe! If no valid explanation or response I will be asking for charge back from bank! Not happy and not able to contact, appalling customer service.

They take your money , give you a delivery date, ie " your item will arrive before 8.00pm" You wait in all day,wasted, and it does not arrive. You then get a message, with no apologies saying "your item is being return we will issue a refund when we receive the goods, this may take up to 7 days on reciept" Clearly this is dreadful customer services of the worst kind. If you want to deal with someone that values your custom then avoid Tresspass"

Went into the Skegness Store to buy a pair of walking boots and Kirsty & James were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient considering it was closing time

I was in St Albans store today and the team couldn’t do enough to help my husband and I. Great customer service, patience and helpfulness, we came away really happy with our purchases and will shop there again. Thank you to the store Manager and team.

I was in Gretna Gateway store today and have to say Beccy in the store was the most helpful lady even phoned other stores to see if she could organise my size for me. A pleasure to go into a shop and be looked after like that

I recently had trouble with an online discount code, the customer service team were very helpful considering I needed more than one code due to unforseen circumstances. IE internet connection difficulties, I was sent more than one code until I was able to complete my purchase. Unfortunately I'm needing to return my item as it faulty. But the customer service I received was to a very high standard.

Was in Trespass in the Abbey centre this morning. Was served by a polite and extremely helpful young man. The store didn't have the size in the garment I wanted to try and he immediately offered to phone a store that would be handy to me. He also informed me of the 20% discount offer through email. Left store feeling I had received excellent service. A rare thing in this day and age. My congratulations to this young man and I will be back.

I am a customer of Tresspass for many years
This week I visited Trespass Walton on Thames store on Thursday 13/02/2020
One of the Worst customer service experienced with Tresspass in the recent time , couple of young sales assistances were hanging around in the shop with chewing gums in their mouths and not responding to the customers. They don't seems to be working they are just hanging out there.
After complaining to their supervisor , the supervisor apologised but not the sales girls !! very rude !
Get this sorted Tresspass OR people will avoid stepping in to the shop

Excellent shop, we went to a few other shops including Tresspass in other towns and ended up finding exactly what we were looking for in Bracknell. Really neat, tidy and clean shop, easy to look around don't feel too cramped but offers so much more than the other stores. Special thanks to Alicia and Paul for your friendly service. Keep up the good service and shop.

Sometimes go in window shopping and come out buying something.

My Mum took my special needs brother into Trespass shop in the Hounds hill shopping centre in Blackpool on Saturday 27th January.
The shop Manager who was called Charlie couldn’t have been more helpful or kind to my brother, he went over and above his role as an advisor and kitted him out with everything he needed which resulted in my brother feeling very happy with his purchases and my mum spending a considerable amount in the shop.
My mum and brother came out of the shop happy and have told their friends to go to the shop and ask for Charlie who would be happy to help them out.

I went into the Dumfries store to ask for some advice about purchasing a product for waterproofing my coat.
I was served by Graham who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He talked me through how the product's worked and told me the options so I could make an informed choice.
Amy other time I have visited this store the staff have been super friendly and helpful..
I really hope they keep this store open as I know it was threatened with closure lady year.

My daughter purchased a backpack from the Staines branch.
The lad who served us was called Stephen.
He was efficient, very helpful and friendly.
He gave us advice on a few things which we were very grateful for.
He is a credit to the company.
We will definitely shop there again.
Will probably purchase hiking boots.
Very reasonably priced products.

Trespass store, Clydebank
I was looking for Janina shoes in this store and Debbie was so helpful and patient, nothing was to much trouble for her. Her customer service was excellent.

I returned a coat to my local store in Bradford as I didn't fit the staff in there very helpful. Best customer service I have received will definitely be going back in there. Delt with a member of staff and the store manager and both were excellent very happy

Recently I have bought a new Ski jacket from Tresspass Cwmbran. Lee the guy that served me had great knowledge of the jackets and pointed me to which would be best for me.Not the most expensive but which was best for me.which was a great buy . So the following day we went back a my wife treated herself to a new Ski jacket also.

Tresspass, Tenby has provided my husband & I will brilliant information about equipment to take when my husband participated on a Marie Curie trek in Vietnam a month ago.
The staff gave individual advice on what would work best in Vietnam considering the climate & weather conditions.
We were very grateful for the kind donations of a waterproof jacket & cap which were used daily.
We also purchased hiking boots, T-shirts, waterproof trousers, socks, slerping bag, the list goes on.
The trek was a great success, mainly down the the correct equipment.
We can't thank Kev & his team enough, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service from Basingstoke. The store manager was knowledgeable and helpful (and patient) when kitting out kids for skiing. Would definitely recommend.
