3 paar Gummistiefel undicht

Ich habe selbst 3 paar Gummistiefel gekauft . Bei den ersten 2 Paar dachte ich noch ich hätte sie selbst geschädigt und habe der Marke ein drittes Mal eine Chance gegeben. Jetzt wieder beide Stiefel undicht. Es sind eindeutig jeweils außen die Nähte undicht. Meine Tochter hat auch ein Paar Stiefeletten, bei denen sich wie bei anderen Bewertungen die obere „Beschichtung“ auflöst. Es gibt keine Belege mehr, da die Gummistiefel alle in Schweden gekauft wurden, ist zwar sehr ärgerlich. Daher mein Fazit: nie wieder Tretorn, die vielen positiven Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

We also want to clarify, not as an excuse but as context, that the environmentally friendly rubber materials we use today (PVC free and designed with sustainability in mind) do require regular care to maintain their performance and durability over time.

Det här är kundservice som överträffar…

Det här är kundservice som överträffar förväntningarna! En fog hade släppt på en av stövlarna jag köpt för två år sen, så jag frågade om råd hur den skulle lagas (eftersom garantin gått ut).
I stället så skickar de en ersättning utan kostnad, något som jag absolut inte hade väntat mig.
Heder åt Tretorn!!

Jag var sent ute och beställde en ryggsäck på Fredag lunch och kunde hämta ut den på Måndag lunch.
Jag hade kontakt med en supertrevlig kundtjänst som hjälpte mig genom att sätta PRIO på ordern så den plockades och packades med en gång!

Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen eine wunderbare Erfahrung mit Tretorn gemacht die auf dem Handelsmarkt so nicht so schnell wiederzufinden ist. Die Freundlichkeit und Kulanz hat mich umgehauen. Natürlich ist die Ware auch topp und ich bin sowieso Fan !

Tretorn Sarek 72 dårlig kvalitet

Jeg fik et par Tretorn Sarek 72 i fødselsdagsgave for små to år siden. Super gode at gå i, men allerede efter 1,5 år begyndte de at revne og sprække flere steder. Der er nu så stor en revne i den ene at jeg må skifte strømper efter at have brugt dem. Det er ikke lige det man forventer af et så dyrt produkt.
De er kun blevet brugt om sommeren og når der regner, så de burde jo kunne holde i mange år.

Spruckna efter inte ens ett år

Köpte tretorn stövlar till mina tjejer på granngården förra hösten, de är redan spruckna på insida fot, ovanför sömmen och frampå nedom snörningen (ej direkt i någon söm där heller. Man förväntar sig ju kvalitet när man köper så dyra stövlar till barnen..

Eftersom köpet gjordes hos Granngården rekommenderar vi att du vänder dig direkt till butiken för att göra en reklamation. De hjälper dig vidare enligt gällande garanti- och reklamationsvillkor.

Köpte stövlar den 18 september 2024 förra veckan dom var redan sönder.

The best customer service ever!!

The best customer service ever!!
One email and photos to show rubber seal had degraded on top of boot and was letting in water.
Very helpful Frida refunded the whole amount and added a 15% discount if i was going to buy again.
I will definitely replace my Garpa boots as they have been fantastic for 11 months! Hopefully next pair will last longer!

The rain boots are not durable at all

The rain boots are not durable at all. They cracked after a year of use. I don’t even use them that often since I only wear them when it rains. I wrote to them about it and they didn’t even bother to answer. Major rip off for a company that supposably has a sustainable vision. Don’t buy.

So disappointed

The boots look great but that’s about it. I absolutely love my boots but sadly the rubber is tearing at the seam. The cracks appeared simultaneously on both shoes on the same spots after 6 months of use. So disappointed. I won’t buy again and will tell anyone not to buy tretorn. Feels like a total rip off and more of a useless fashion item than a shoe you can actually wear for a long walk.

Poor customer service… just got poorer

UPDATE:

Following on from my generous one star review below, I had an email from Tretorn saying they have now resolved their issues with DPS. They duly emailed a label to attach to the return but it requires a printer which I don’t have - they have no digital return facility! Tretorn advised that the DPS drop off people would print this for me.

Not so. It transpires, after visiting two separate DPS drop-offs, that four pages need to be printed for the return, plus I would have to put the items in a clean bag not reuse the original packaging because it has an old label attached.

I went to a print shop and it turns out that the cost of printing plus the £9 return fee plus a plastic bag to post in will cost me more than a quarter of the original purchase price of the coat. This is an example of why you should never buy from click on advertisements on Facebook.
I either lose a quarter of the purchase price and return it, allowing this company to resell the item and profit from me once more, or cut my losses and just put it in the wardrobe.
In the interest of fairness, I will point out that they have offered me a 10% discount code on my next purchase 😂

BEWARE… THINK TWICE

.I purchased a coat which was too small, so I bought the next size up and prepared to return the smaller coat. You have to have a form from Treton before you can make your return and because they’re having problems with their carrier I cannot return it. I’m now stuck with a coat that can’t be sent back. they have failed to reply to my last email and I don’t know what is going on.

Whilst they did write initially and say they would extend the 30 day returns period, this does not help with the fact that I have paid for two coats which I can not afford to do. I am a nurse and this was a very expensive purchase for me so having to pay twice for it has left me in a difficult position.

If I have a reply from the company I will update this review but for the moment all I can report is appalling service

I purchased a pair of black short…

I purchased a pair of black short Tretorn boots from the Nordic outdoor shop in Keswick in march this year and they have both split on the tops in the same places,
Email Tretorn and they explained I need to contact the shop I purchased them from which is fine, as I already did and heard nothing back, funny thing was Tretorn replied, We are truly sorry to hear that your product has broken. Unfortunately, this is not an issue we recognize. They need to read some reviews online and I wish I did before I purchased them.

The concern you've raised is valid, we have seen similar cases and have already taken action with our production partner to address it.

As your boots were purchased through a retailer, the warranty process does need to go through them. That said, we absolutely understand how disappointing it is not to receive a response from the store, and we’re sorry that our initial message came across as dismissive. That was never our intention.
