Min beställning tappades bort av Postnord. Fick utmärkt hjälp av Fredrica på kundtjänst som fixade ny ersättningsleverans omgående. Snabbt, vänligt och serviceinriktat. Gjorde mig glad och gör att jag kommer handla av Tretorn igen.

Köpte vintersko Aspa Hybrid Low till min dotter, sulan sprack och läckte in vatten efter någon månads användning, gick inte att använda. Fick inte pengar tillbaka då den var inköpt på Arket av ngn märklig anledning.

Jag kontaktade kundservice i ett ärende och fick ett snabbt och serviceinriktat bemötande. Kan varmt rekommendera Tretorn.

Super fin service - snabba svar och jag fick rabatt när jag beställde om, även om det var jag som själv hade gjort fel i första ordern.

Gjorde en reklamation av ett par skor och möttes av ett trevligt svar från kundservice som meddelar att de skickar ut ett nytt par till mig, allt inom 24 timmar.

Wore my WATERPROOF coat on a rainy day working as a gardener. After 2 hours my clothes underneath my waterproof coat were all wet. How can you sell a coat marked waterproof when it’s clearly not. I’ve yet to find a waterproof coat which actually is. My jobs outside. I spent the rest of the day cold because my clothes were wet. Thanks! More wasted money. Don’t you test your rainwear? Clearly NOT

Köpte en jacka till min son, efter en vecka gick dragkedjan sönder. Ett snabbt mail till supporten med bild på jackans modellnummer och min hemadress, hade jag 4 dagar senare en helt ny jacka på posten, och en lycklig son igen! Snabbt, enkelt och smidigt.

Jag önskade reklamera en stövel pga trasig söm. Deras support svarade mig snabbt och krånglade inget utan godtog reklamationen och erbjöd mig antingen ett par nya skor eller pengarna tillbaka.

I found the Terrang boots so heavy it actually hurt my ankles, wore them for work and festival settings and it felt like an extra work out - not ideal when on the move all day my legs were shattered. Also my socks kept sliding down even when I added an insole, you have to get super thick sports socks to wear with them and they would always wear out at the back. Really gave them an go as I liked the look but ended up reselling.

Got some faux fur lined Tretorn ankle wellies last Christmas. They were incredibly comfortable, very waterproof and I loved them. However, after just a month of use the loop pull on the right wellie boot came off in my hand, clearly due to poor stitching.
Unfortunately, as Tretorn don’t take any responsibility for products purchased from an external retailer, we had to contact The White Company where the boots were purchased from. They were useless and only offered a gift voucher to the value of 10% of the original value of the boots. This is a pathetic excuse for customer service and did not solve anything! We also could have sent them off for repair, which would have meant being without the boots for at least two weeks while they reached the company and then additional time after while White Company sorted out a replacement/their return. Absolutely lousy solution IMO, as it involves the customer being inconvenienced despite the product being faulty. In the end we left it and simply negotiated a 10% refund, which was still pathetic but the best we could get.
Now, 9 months later the rubber has started to split and crack on the boots, letting water in. Now I read the reviews on here I can see this is a common quality issue that Tretorn refuse to address, it seems - they just continue to take people’s money for overpriced boots that don’t last more than a year. Disgraceful!!!
We will try contacting White Company again to let them know but I know they aren’t going to be much help. It would be much easier if we could contact Tretorn directly seeing as THEY manufactured the boots, but they don’t want to know. Shocking customer service from both Tretorn and The White Company. Will be avoiding both in future!!

Excellent company to deal with from the UK!
I purchased two pairs of boots in September. Two very different styles, the Halla and the Low Neo. I wish that I had not ordered both in my size 38/UK size 5.
The Halla was too small and the Low Neo too big. I did measure my feet and it very helpfully states the length of the boot.
Concerned regarding returning the Halla due to the previous Trust pilot reviews from the UK.
I am rather technically challenged and don't have a printer. One email to customer services and Nellie promptly sorted it out for me. I got a label for UPS e-mailed to me and I went to the library and got the return paperwork printed. It was all in English. I dropped it off at the local shop and it quickly returned to Sweden and the refund was prompt.
If you are in the UK it makes sense to buy from Tretorn EU. Having read most of the reviews on trust pilot, you are in a significantly improved place if a fault develops with the boots. You have a generous three year warranty if you deal with Tretorn EU directly. I sold the Low Neo boots on eBay for a small loss, popular as Toast is selling them.
EU Tretorn sends offers to those who sign up for the emails. Next time I get an offer I will reorder the Low Neo boots in chocolate as they are stylish as well as practical.
Many companies who manufacture rubber boots have reviews saying that they split after a short time. I think that legislation regarding softening ingredients is the root cause.
Where else would you get a THREE YEAR warranty and such helpful people.
Retailers probably don't want the hassle of sorting out any potential problems.

Ordered a jacket mid september here. I have sent it back and i didnt receive any money back in six weeks. Opened a ticket in their zendesk, no response whatsoever. No phone number, no email adress available. When you need support youre in front of a brick wall, not trustworthy apparently
