We were gifted a Firmdale Film Club and meal and, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to contact Truly Experiences twice before attending. They are excellent. Quick to respond, very polite, reasonable and above all hugely helpful. Their customer services, in particular Desi Nikova, are the best we have ever dealt with. Many other organisations could learn from their superior standards.

Desi handled my short notice booking - service was excellent.

We had to cancel our planned visit due to illness.
Re-booked with a lady called Vanessa who was
extremely helpful and responded quickly to our
new booking request.
All email replies came thru promptly.

Sent an email to them 3 days ago & via chatbot- no reply. Tried phoning but not possible to talk to anybody.
I placed an order earlier this month & never received an email confirmation or certificate but the money has been taken.
**in light of this review Truly contacted me and showed proof that email responses had been sent which for some reason I never received. They used a personal email to finally reach me as it seems the official one wasn’t.
I have used Truly for a number of years and always been very happy with them. I have amended the rating to 4 stars from the original 1. One star deducted for following the awful trend of being unavailable over the ‘phone.

I received a voucher as a gift and when I try to book an experience the code does not work and it says to contact Truly experiences and the email provided does not work.

What I love most about Truly and their staff is their friendliness, attention to detail and ability to always resolve things easily for their customers like myself.

I have just booked an 8 course tasting menu at the Cinnamon Club for this Saturday evening and the speed of response and helpfulness to resolve a minor issue was fantastic!! Special mention to Desi and Maria.

Has this company gone under? I have not received any confirmation of the voucher I paid for. When I tried calling the company I got bounced to their internet bot, which in turn bounced me to an email address. When I emailed that email address I got undeliverable notifications. I tried a number of email addresses on the reviews listed below and they all bounced.

we could not use the certificate code we had to book our experience online, so instead we emailed Truly Experience and the concierge team were so quick to respond and very helpful.
They sorted our booking without any issues.

The team handled the booking of our long weekend in Scotland with care and attention and we had a great time.

We contacted the helpline to arrange our Restaurant visit. Although our date preferences could not be made due to the Restaurant closure for holidays, alternatives were proposed really quickly and confirmed ithin 24 hours.
