Overall TruVista fiber optics service is good. However the picture delay when changing TV channels or movies is annoying. There should be some way to increase the picture speed between channels.

We had 2 different internet boxes…
We had 2 different internet boxes installed. One was for home and one was for business. After not needing the business anymore, I called to cancel it on my next bill. Bill comes around and it’s still there charging me for the 2nd internet. I called and they stated that they don’t have it in the data base that I called to cancel. Ridiculous. So I couldn’t pay it because I didn’t have the money. Then my service is cut off, then I have to pay $100 shut off fee for BOTH Internet services!!!! I hate this company!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!! I’m still playing catch up and it’s been 4 months!! I’m about to switch back to my old Internet!

Lying about plan price guarantee
Service quality not consistent and false advertising !!
I had to fight for my first invoice amount last year when they didn't even want to honor the signup plan price.
Lying about price guarantee for term, 2 or 3 years, whatever they promise at signup. Price went up twice since I signed up a little over a year ago. Liars!!

So far so good with a couple of area outages over the last few months. A lot better than what we had with AT&T.

Having buffering problems and certain channels are dropping and going back to the beginning. I have1 gig of memory . But it has resolved on its own. The funney part is it happens during the weekend. What is up with that?

I gave top marks because this company is truly great. There were a couple of minor outages over the entire time, but the internet was restored very quickly, which is a pleasant surprise. The speed is stable, and customer support works efficiently. Highly recommend!
