Has been very flexible and responsive when I had trouble paying bill from a foreign country (web site would not allow payments from outside of the USA )
Also very prompt in reporting a service outage- ahead even of power company alert.

The company is good. The only problem I have with has to do with recording shows on my wife’s tv.
It just goes off in a black screen and in a minute it will start back up so I have to keep kinetic internet also with a payment that is very high just so she can see her recorded shows. I wish that Truvisti could help me solve this problem.

The TV picture is great but we contoinually get times whenever the picture freezes up for 10- 20 seconds. We have shut down and restarted the modem but the problem continues to come back. Sometimes we get "Video not available". Other than these intermitted interruptions the reception is good. I have no problems with the internet.

When it rained in the past, our previous provider service wouldn’t work.

Weather doesn’t affect Truvista service

Been with truvista for over a year. No issues. Very little downtime. Speed doesn't fluctuate much. I work from home, and have not had to contact for service at all.

Service is great. But went up $3 on bill monthly after saying price was fixed for 2 years.

The speed has been consistent and reliable. The upload speed is the fastest we have ever had.
Customer service has been good. So far no complaints.

I have had a wonderful experience with truvista service.

I switched from Windstream to Truvista and I’m so glad I did. Better rates and so much better service. I’m a senior citizen and the installer was so nice and patiently explained everything. They are really good with informing when work is being done.

Great service, no interruptions, good speed. Only had one outage in the last years and it was fixed in a timely manner. Price could be better, the had an increase in price and we were not notified about it. You would think with new competition in the area, they would drop the price a bit to prevent people from jumping ship.

Great customer service when I call with an issue

I lose WiFi 2 or 3 times a day. Mostly it is for just a few seconds which is irritating but isn’t long enough for me to lose what I was engaged in. Sometimes it is for longer and I lose everything in my task since my last back up. Your tech support doesn’t answer the phone. More than once I have had to drive to your local office to report an issue. I ditched Windstream to come to you but have the same unreliability.

No outages unlike my last provider.. and it works with my generator when we have power outages .. win/win

I love Truvista. They let me know through texts that when storms are on their way. My payments are automatically come out of my bank each month.

Internet is constantly buffing. I work from home at times and constantly loose connection

I have not had any problems with Tru Vista since signing up one year ago. It is fast and has not gone down as of yet.

Overall TruVista fiber optics service is good. However the picture delay when changing TV channels or movies is annoying. There should be some way to increase the picture speed between channels.
