Trycare’s crew did a first-rate job for us. They revalidated and tested our autoclave, X-ray kit, and washer-disinfector in one visit, working quickly yet thoroughly. Everything ran on schedule. The engineer Mark MacKenzie knew the equipment inside out, answered every question, and emailed the documentation before they even left the car park. Because the whole thing went so cleanly, I’m now sure our practice meets every rule. I’d highly recommend Trycare to any dental practice that wants dependable servicing and validation.
