We recently had all five of our W&H autoclaves serviced, pressure vessel inspected, and revalidated by Trycare Engineering, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service provided.

To minimise disruption to our practice and patients, the work was carried out on a Saturday, which was greatly appreciated. The engineer, Mark McKenzie, was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the visit. Not only was all scheduled servicing and validation work completed efficiently, but Mark also identified and rectified several faults that had been caused by poor servicing from previous providers.

What really stood out was Mark's expertise and preparation. He arrived with all the necessary parts stocked on his van, allowing repairs to be completed immediately without delays or repeat visits. Every machine was thoroughly checked, repaired where necessary, and returned to full working order.

The level of service, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping our equipment operational was outstanding. Mark took the time to explain the work carried out and ensured everything was functioning correctly before leaving. It's rare to find an engineer with such extensive knowledge and dedication to customer service.

I never knew Trycare had moved into practice care and maintenance. Spoke to them Wednesday and Jason arrived on time this morning and completed the work in record time with no fuss and no mess.
Brilliant service and will be looking to move over regular care and maintenance to them for the whole practice.

I’ve been using this company for a year now.. I have always received the best of advice - deliveries always super efficient and on time.. Customer service is 100%..

Terrible experience unhelpful after sales. Purchased Mycota 25 g charged £14.70 plus VAT each. Informed their prices had gone up! On internet others charge two to three pounds including VAT. Informed they might get somebody next week to answer my query. Refused to help further.
