Fixed my delivery issue.
I had an issue with delivery that was not their fault, they replied back on a Sunday evening and went much further than I'd ever expect to correct it.

Wonderful experience with Alejandra!
Good day, I made a purchase online for my cool breath spray with five flavors. I couldn’t find any information as to when my order was be delivered so I contacted your customer service department.
Within five minutes of my email, I received a lovely note from Alejandra in your customer service department.
She provided me with excellent customer service, very knowledgeable in the timeframe in which I would receive my items as well as the shipment details.
She also followed up this morning to let me know that my package was delivered which I have received and offered to be of service in the future. Thank you again for this wonderful experience with cool breath..

Great Product, Even Better Customer Service
I’m really impressed with the Cool Breath spray. The electronic, aerosolized delivery is a clever idea and super convenient to carry. It gives a light, even mist that feels refreshing without the harsh, overpowering taste you get from most breath sprays. It just leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh.
I also had a customer service interaction that was a solid 10 out of 10. They were responsive, helpful, and clearly care about their customers. Overall, it’s a well-designed product that I’d definitely recommend.

Vape cig Kinda taste
It's ok, Kinda of a vape taste to it, Not strong in flavor, barely taste the difference between all flavors. Does not last 6 hours, Maybe 16 minutes All and all Way over priced. I bought two and every flavor 150 bucks worth I wouldn't buy them again. One leaked, Shipping takes forever the company made it right with the leaker.

Arrived damaged , wet packaging , less than half full like someone already used it. Not to mention that shipping took almost a month instead of 5 days.

Very poorly manufactured .
Very poorly manufactured .. leaks alot, and they dont tell you that if it leaks over the charging area which it most likely will, since its got no protection against it with the poor quality product,and defect model, you'll be leaking majority of the cartridge and going through the pods over and over.. to their defense, they get ya with the fine print..tells u in tiny fine print in the instructions to hold it upright or it will leak, and that if it leaks into the blah blah you're in for another Pod.. if I knew this was such a pain in the ass to carry in my pocket or bag I would have never bought it.. it got all over everything and was a complete waste of money the model s NOT mastered let alone ready to sell..my cartridges started leaking upon opening , and the pod is completely useless and very inconvenient to have with you unless you want to carry it like a drink upright all the time, its more an pain than pleasure .. spare yourselves the headaches..

The unboxing and use of product
The unboxing and seeing the care being put into sending me my package was very impressive. I loved the 3 flavors that I chose along with the color of the device. I use it every day to always have a fresh breath. Using it makes my time at work easier to manage since I do communicate with multiple people on a day to day basis. I love how small and compact it is, I am able to carry it around every where I go. I would recommend this to my friends.

I love this product and what the claims…
I love this product and what the claims are . It’s still new so I haven’t noticed overall tongue health difference yet.
I don’t think it lasts the 8 hours it claims . However are they saying the probiotic benefits last 8 hrs or the taste because the taste is short lived .
