I've been using Coolbreath for about 4…
I've been using Coolbreath for about 4 months now and instantly It became a part of my daily routine. It was a very positive experience having one. Sadly it got wet while I was boating. Will highly recommend it!

MARKETING VIDEOS ARE FAKED
The product is not NEARLYYYY as god as the marketing videos make it out to be. It doesnt make your breath taste any better for more than 3.5 seconds(the misting sprays for 3 seconds adn you get half a second of good breath) and its honestly just the most useless product i may have ever bought. And I bought 2 mods and 6 flavor boxes... return policy is 14 days toos o they CLEARLY know they sell a bad product and expect people to make returns.

Failure of a company
The delivery company failed to deliver my order from this company. The company refuses to take responsibility for this and are now not providing the product or a refund instead they are offering a discount to purchase again after already spending over €100. Avoid these scammers at all costs. They have lied about what has happened and been provided with evidence that the delivery address was incorrect which isn't the case as the invoice clearly shows the correct address. Any excuse to get out of providing a product.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration and the delivery issue you experienced. We completely understand how disappointing this can be.
Unfortunately, once an order is handed over to the courier, there are rare occasions when packages can be lost or misdelivered—something that is entirely outside of our control and so our intervention is limited.
That said, we always strive to find a fair solution, even when the responsibility lies with the logistics provider.
In this case, we’d like to clarify that your order did not include shipping protection which is an optional add-on specifically designed to cover lost or stolen packages. This protection allows us to immediately reship the order at no extra cost in situations like this.
However, despite not having this coverage, we’ve already sent you a replacement product and are covering the full cost of the item ourselves. We only asked for a small shipping fee of $7 to cover the new delivery.
Our customer service department is here to help and support you, so please do not hesitate to contact us, we’ll be happy to assist in any way we can.
