AutoShips subscription sucks

Tried to cancel early on and still got charged because they needed time to process. Major rip off.

No different

I cancelled my subscription and got another delivery and charged.

Please cancel my subscription. I no longer want to receive your product.

I ordered the extra blades with my initial deluxe Jill kit. I was disappointed that I had to use items out of one of the
extra blade kits to complete my first shave. My kit had a blades and holder as well as a full size towel and that was all. When I opened one of the blade replacement kits I was expecting just the blades but I also found an oil wipe and
cleanser and even a face mask. I feel like my Deluxe Kit should have come with everything I’ve mentioned. I should not have had to take things out of my other kits. I was very disappointed.

Item never arrived

Disappointed at how cheap it seems. Not much different to the $2 item I buy in the beauty supply store. The packaging is more impressive than the shaver.

I tried to send message to cancel subscription, no one replied, they then sent the item and charged me 35$(which is way too expesive). and I tried to email to send it back( I never opened it) and I never got a response. I finally figured out how to cancel the subscription on the desktop(impossible to find on mobile version). So hopefully it is cancelled but I am sad about paying so much money for an item I did not want. Item itself is ok (but still way overpriced) but the customer service makes it so its not worth ordering.

I had a problem probably no-one has had before and it was handled beautifully. Of all things, I had lost my razor and decided to just go to the Jill website and order a new one. I look all over the site and no razor handles to be had! I wrote customer service and was very quickly told they'd send me a complete starter set gratis since they don't sell handles separately. A day or two later I had my handle and was able to dermaplane again!

This is a great razor. I think the refils ⁸ expensive. This works perfectly. Love the idea.

My package arrived empty. I reached out 4 days ago about this and have heard nothing back.

Wow... What a great product

It was scary at first, but the kit makes it easy and I really think I’ll be coming back!

Razor is very grippy teeth, even felt jagged on one end. I sent an email complaint instead of doing this for trust pilot, but got no response. So if they're going to send this email link again, I guess I'll respond here this time.

I want to cancel my subscription ASAP and thought I had last time as it's not a product for me I used it one time and just don't see me continuing with the product.

I absolutely love this product! My face feels amazing and my son can telling my he can see my mustache lol 😊

I reached out to the Jill customer service through the help email address listed on your website and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Very disappointed in the lack of response considering the email was in regards to getting something I didn’t order from Jill!
