Great you dont have to reorder arrives just when i need it. The best ive used.

Did not perform the way I anticipated. Worked the same as buying a cheaper brand at Walmart or a drug store brand. Not worth the extra money.

Not what I expected! It’s just like a razor and the blade is very small. I noticed that I still had hairs on my upper lip. I was not happy with this merchandise. I would like a refund, or send me something else ya’ll might have.

Charged $43.XX for an order I didn’t need or want. Order was shipped before I had the chance to cancel, so I’m stuck with an inferior product I could have purchased for a fraction of the cost locally.

I was dissatisfied with the razor quality. The cap also doesn’t stay on so I can’t travel with it. Was not aware it was going to bill me automatically and send me another bunch of blades that I will not use. And to charge over $50 for replacement blades! Outrageous

Im still missing my order. I emailed customer service and no one has responded.

Poor communication, the renewal was set for one month after initial and they said they send an email reminder but they didn’t. I even reached out and asked if they could confirm that an email notification was sent and didn’t get a reply.

Love this product! Every woman should have one of these at her vanity! Thank you for creating a fantastic and much needed product! Thanks again

When ordering products that isn't in the try me kit and you pay extra for products they should be sent all at once and nit have to email the company and send pictures of what you received and the packaging it came in. I won't be doing another order with this company.

No reminder email about another subscription order is coming your way. Also the only way to cancel is to email them rather than postpone or cancel under your account information.
