The first order that I received was not all the items that were listed I was asked to send in a picture I did and then I received an email about a free gift I wasn't thinking or realizing what was happening but it was to replenish my 3-month Supply and I would get the free gift I didn't know until after I clicked okay but the funny thing is I didn't even get the gift I didn't get the the post oil pads whatever they call it I sent them a video now again showing them the box and everything that it's just the blades and the powder so I'm very unhappy and I highly recommend that nobody buy this online if you want it go to Ulta!! They also make it incredibly hard to cancel there's not a button that says cancel it only says to push it out I've emailed several times and it's very poor customer service.

First of all, I had already canceled my subscription in the shop app where you connect to the store, but I still received another order and I spent $43. Then I asked if I could return it and they said no, that’s why

Great product horrible customer service. I must have hit subscribe button accident or i was automatically subscribed and i didn’t know about it. I got an alert for a refill that i didn’t know about immediately reached out to customer service and i was told that they do not and cannot refund me. For an unused and unwanted double the price auto ship i never agreed too. Beware your not subscribing because they will not refund you.

The razor was not as high quality as I expected.

More notice on the auto shipping. I couldn't cancel the shipping. It took more a lot of time even to find out how to communicate through the portal. Once I did it was to late to cancel the current order. So I cancelled my subscription totally.

This was not a good experience— I cancelled subscription in June of this year .. 3 months later an order was placed again by company .. Contacted company via email and they refused to refund/cancel .. No ethics what so ever !!!

As a long time subscription based client, I am severely disappointed in the level of customer service shown when my box of refills arrived empty. While I understand this is needs to be addressed with the postal service as well, it would seem a logical solution would be to ship a replacement box immediately. That did not happen.

What did happen is I cancelled my subscription and cannot recommend doing business with Jill.

The product itself is nice, however the logistics execution is severely poor and lacking. My original kit advertised the pro starter kit, with a “bonus upgrade” for $4.99 of the after serum, which was advertised in a separate, sealable, reusable bottle. What I received was a free sample packet style serum, in a plastic pouch that was a one time use. Though there was probably enough serum in the pouch to use more than once, it was a plastic rip open pouch, and there was no way to seal it up again, travel with it anywhere, or keep it from being exposed to air or leaking onto other things.. not what was advertised. I moved past that, and kept my refill subscription for new refill blades every three months. Because I had already lost some confidence in the companies’s ability to ship what they advertise, I reached out, proactively to the support team and asked if my refill subscription would be for the pro blades since I ordered the pro starter kit, or if they would be for the standard blades and I would need to order the standard handle separately. They reassured me that my refill subscription would be for pro blades since I paid to upgrade my starter kit to the pro package. Wouldn’t you know it, my first refill shipment arrived today, and it was for the standard blades, not the pro. They do not fit in my pro handle, and I cannot use them. Again, the product itself is nice, but the order execution portion of this business needs some serious work.

It didn’t work I thought I followed instructions but very small amount of hair was removed majority didn’t !!! And I didn’t want to keep going over and over again on the same area! Not sure what am I missing?!
