I purchased on a subscription but did not like the product at all. Received an email saying my next order was due to be dispatched. Emailed 'customer services' but by the toll me they responded it had been dispatched. Fair enough, I emailed again to raise a return and was told they would not accept my return?? Advised them it would be unopened brand new return and also advised of the distance selling laws but no, they point blank refused. Eventually they offered a discount off the product which I took. The product was definitely not for me and I hate to rubbish a company just because I personally don't like it but in this case their 'customer services' was abysmal - robotic responses. Will never shop again or recommend.

Love the simplicity of using this system. It is made from good quality products that help my skin feel good!

I didn't get all of my order even though it said delivered. I reached out days ago via email and still have yet to get a response. Very upset for spending money on something I never got.

Terrible customer service; I received my subscription renewal on 10/2 indicating I had 5 days to skip or cancel...on 10/4 just after midnight they charged my card. I have been trying to get a refund from and they're telling me no, they can't locate the email that was this quick, not answering etc. Predatory and illegal practices

Dependable little razor. And I love not thinking about replacing or ordering.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not impressed with this overpriced product, but the bigger concern is that they will continue to charge you even after you cancel.

It’s pretty misleading that your return policy states you have 60 days to return or first subscription charge what ever comes first. Why offer 60 days if you are going to charge me a renewal at 30 days. I hadn’t even tried the product yet because I thought I had 60 days. I just tried it today and I’m completely displeased and want my whole account canceled but instead I’m stuck with another 40 charge and a product I won’t use.

I love the blades how they make your skin so soft!

The kit came with everything you need. The blades were great and left my face smooth. The best part is the smaller blade to get every spot on your face you normally cannot reach with bigger blades.

$48 for refill blades?
No prep wipes????
No after cream, nothing??????
So disappointed in this company!!!!

They work very good but pricy

Jill is my favorite derma-plane shaving set, by far! I have tried various different brands including the fancy electronic razors but I always come back to Jill! I love the newer style razor. It has a great feel in my hand for a secure shave. I love that it comes with 2 different size blades. I can use the small blade to shave around the small areas of my face. Plus the customer service is the best! A real person answers any questions or trouble shoot any issues you may have. That is meaningful to me. Thanks, Jill!

I subscribed to TryJill and received my starter kit, only to have the company immediately send me additional refill blades that were supposed to be shipped every three months. To make matters worse, their return policy states that these refills cannot be returned.
I find this business practice incredibly frustrating. When customers sign up for a subscription with an expected delivery schedule, they should be able to trust that schedule without receiving unexpected shipments.
I canceled my subscription because of this experience. It’s disappointing because I was willing to give the product a chance, but the company’s subscription practices completely turned me off.
My advice to potential customers is to read the subscription terms and return policy very carefully before ordering. I certainly wish I had known what to expect.

There was an initial issue with getting my complete order. It took about a month to resolve, but I did eventually get it worked out. I'm having trouble with any subscriptions that go through Shop. Avoid them if you can.
