Cute color - cute handles - blades not so much- would not buy again. Deep understanding of powder spray and oil wipes. Marketing team yay- customer service not so much - they make me sad. Shipping and fulfillment - yep they pour the ceap product on.

My entire face broke out after using your products and the razor. I have redness and tiny little zits all over my face. It hurts and my face looks horrible.

I really liked the way it removed my facial hair.
You have to be careful around the jaw line, as I cut mine. Not serious.

I canceled my subscription and received one again and I’m getting charged for a canceled order

Great reviews! Easy ordering process and safe payment options. Quick delivery of a quality product, nicely packaged derm razor with hard plastic handle and easy slide on/off lid. Easy to follow instructions for the wipe to use on face/neck after cleaning, pat dry then apply the shake and spray which held 6-8 inches from my face and neck...instantly magnified each and every hair! Razor slid smoothly across my skin as the dry skin and hair fell off in each pass. Used wipe again afterwards and my face has never felt so smooth! I will update in a few days

They never sent me the initial package. Then they signed me up for a subscription without my consent. The subscription package came after several weeks and I still never got the initial package and they refused to refund me for either. Now it have been 2 months and I still haven’t gotten the initial package and it has said “label created” for more than two weeks.

It’s a complete scam do not buy.

The first shipment was great, got the items quickly. I signed up for a 3 month subscription. Next order came less than a month. Never even got a chance to try the first order that came. When I inquired why the 2nd order came so quick, I was advised the next order comes in a month, then 3 months after. Very deceiving. I have canceled the whole subscription.

I wanted to love this as the kit is great. I noticed that I would spray my face with the powder, and use the tool at the 45 degree angle to remove the powder just as they described, and one day later realize my face was full of hair. I started shaving with more strokes, more often, and managed to give myself razor burn. And I still had hair on my face after. I tried to cancel the subscription but it notified me at midnight and shipped at 10:45am the next day, so my email at 10am to cancel due to razor burn was not received in time. They reluctantly gave me a 50% discount, though I offered to mail the full kit back to them. This is not a good product nor does it have good customer service.

I tried to cancel the auto ship that I didn’t know I signed up for and the company wouldn’t cancel. I looked up the return policy and it stated products couldn’t be returned. I haven’t opened my shipment and want to return it. This is an unfair business practice,

The kit was easy to order and use, however! It’s a force subscription that I cannot figure out how to cancel. The site won’t let me sign in and there is no way to get through to a person. Using this kit caused a terrible breakout for me and I do not want to use the products anymore.

It's great! I love the razor; it was very gentle on my skin and my face is super smooth. Regarding the spray, it wasn't as white as I expected to really contrast with my skin tone and show off the fuzz better, but I can say that my skin feels softer using that product.

Missing item free m order, however I believe it was either theft or damage to envelope during shipping as my package was partially opened when I received it.

Love love love this product. The shipment comes with 2 sets of 2 blades, one precision blade and a wide blade for larger areas, for each month. I love the feel of my skin after using this kit. Soft, glowing, healthy skin. Highly recommend this product.

Did not receive both items I paid for nor did I receive an answer about a delivery I never received but marked delivered.

I placed an order that I did not realize was recurring. And unlike many companies, they do not email before sending their "subscription" orders. My last order was over three months ago, and I received an email order confirmation announcing a shipment to an old address. I contacted them repeatedly with no response trying to cancel the order or at least change the address. They did not respond to repeated messages over several days. So they have charged me for an order that is going to an old address which I will not receive because it is in another state. Then they wrote me after the formal notice of shipping -- more than 48 hours later -- to say, sorry, it's shipped, nothing we can do. What company doesn't give notice of an upcoming order so that you can at least make changes? I guess a company that only wants to make money.
