Great customer service! Would recommend

No renewal notices given for subscription - I hadn't even tried the original kit yet when replacements autoshipped. Would not recommend.

Used it and 3 days later stubble. Not satisfied.
Hair finding spray works great.

The razor is great. No so much luck with the pre-shave spray however I have only used it once.

I asked for them to cancel my subscription and I have not received an email that they have done so

You never allow me to stop or pause shipments. Like I’m overflowing w/supplies!!

I really love the razors and would have been happy to continue using Jill’s. However, I was disappointed that my shipment was sent without any advance notification or enough time for me to cancel it. I also received extra wipes that I did not order.
I truly appreciate the customer service team for being helpful and canceling my membership. I would have gladly stayed with the company if I had been given proper notification before my shipment was processed. I really do love the razors, but the automatic shipment and items I didn’t order were frustrating.

I’m allergic to spray and the razors do not work I want refund and cancelled subscription

I never signed up for any kind of subscription. I know for a fact I didn’t because I don’t do that anymore. Randomly I receive a package with a bunch of little razors in it and then a debit for my account for $45 no way to reach anybody at this company and I am furious , even if I had started a subscription with this company, what they sent me in the mail is a joke. This place is a scam buyer beware.

It’s impossible to cancel subscription

It’s claimed that I knew signed up for a subscription. I did not. Sneaky.

Received a packet instead of a bottle of the after care cream. The cream burned my face. The spray was thick and fell off.

Terrible rip off

The blades are fine but the products caused a rash on my skin and the hair identifier spray was a mess —dry and flaked everywhere. I was influenced on Instagram and in my opinion this product falls in the category of too good to be true. When I reached out for a refund I was denied so don’t hang onto the hope that you’re going to be able to try it and return if it doesn’t work for you. Their returns are at their discretion.

For the price it is definitely not worth it! We can get the comparable product for a lot less. It did work well, but not worth the price.

Came quickly, love the new design. Had not used Jill for some time, I really like how the blade fits in the handle now
